The sanitary environment is not up to standard. The family room we booked originally had two rooms. The room without windows had dead bugs on the bed, brown and red stains on the floor, and there was an entrance to the ”linen room” in the room, so we didn't dare sleep in it. The room is very advanced with automatic control curtains. Modern design, comfortable room. Robots deliver meals. The reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. Especially the manager John explained how Alipay works in China, and he also drove me to the mobile phone store to help me open a SIM card. This was a great help for a foreigner like me.
