Booked only 1 night, surprised by how spacious and clean the room is. Bathroom amenities great, especially shampoo and conditioner. Very comfortable bed, nice quality of sheets. Good knowledge of English among the staff, had zero difficulties in communication. Overall definitely worth choosing when visiting Zhuhai.

Place was comfortable and the staff was very friendly especially 南叶and贝初 who ensured the check-in & out was smooth. Would highly recommend to visitors coming to Zhuhai.

The hotel front desk greeted people with a smile and used surnames to convey a sense of importance, avoiding mechanical greetings. The breakfast was delicious, the restaurant environment was clean, and the guest rooms were clean: there was no hair in the room, no water stains in the bathtub, and the air conditioning in the room was cool.

Pros: 1. The location is absolutely fantastic, especially for families looking to play in the sand. Just across the road, less than 100 meters away, you'll find stairs leading directly down to the beach. You can also enjoy various water activities there. The beach area, known as Hot Wave Bay, is great for swimming, and the prices for activities are reasonable. Plus, there's a small playground nearby, ideal for evening walks. 2. The service was excellent. Requests for extra towels or other supplies were met with incredibly prompt and timely responses. The ladies at the front desk were always smiling, friendly, and even proactively offered us bottled water every time we headed out. 3. The facilities were quite good. We upgraded to a sea-view suite at the front desk, which offered stunning direct views of the sunrise. The room itself was very clean, and bottled water was generously replenished – we could ask for more anytime. On the first floor, there's a kids' ball pit with a slide that the children absolutely adored. There's also a spacious book bar, located in a separate area from the children's play zone, ensuring peace and quiet for both. 4. Breakfast is served on the 12th floor, and having our meal while enjoying the sunrise and morning glow was truly beautiful. After 9:30 PM, they also offer a late-night snack service, with options like congee, freshly cooked rice noodles, or regular noodles. Minor Drawback: The public restrooms on the first floor surprisingly did not provide toilet paper or hand soap. Hopefully, this can be improved.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. Upon arrival and before leaving, the staff proactively offered us warm tea. We arrived at the hotel after 9 PM that night, and when the staff learned we hadn't had dinner yet, they thoughtfully suggested we have some complimentary late-night snacks available at the hotel. They offered items like millet porridge, char siu bao (BBQ pork buns), steamed buns, various pickled vegetables, and salted duck eggs – all served hot and very comforting. Their toiletries were quite high-quality and very pleasant to use, but unfortunately, they aren't available for purchase. I'll upload photos shortly. Overall, staying at this hotel offers excellent value for money!

This hotel is located in an area that is a mix of older fishing villages, new developments, land to be developed and industrial areas. It is positioned somewhat off the main road and has been recently renovated. The service of the staff was excellent. They helped with laundry and reminded me to book (I was waiting for an appartment) if the rooms were running out. The breakfast is great and diverse, as is the cleanliness. There is a very small shop for drinks, chips cigarettes, in front of the hotel. Otherwise restaurants can be found in the innovation hub a few hundred meteres to the left with your back to the hotel. Burgerking, Starbucks, but also Chinese restaurants can be found there. All in all the staff did their best to make my story pleasurable. I am very impressed with the attention to detail and the customer centricness of Atour. They really thought things out from a customer perspective and it is clear to me that a service designer has been at work here. Example: the washing line that you can draw out in the shower, if you need it. This while still maintaining a high regard for interior design. A final plus point. The height of the chairs in relation to the table in room. Often tables are to high and chair to low to work on a laptop (I am 1.80 cm btw) here is was perfect.

I arrived at the hotel in the early hours to find no rooms available, but they provided a free room upgrade. Overall, it was very comfortable. The facilities were well-equipped, and the shower and bathroom were clean. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, so there was no water accumulation, and the sink and faucet details were meticulously clean. The Atour pillows were incredibly comfortable, offering great support, which made for a rare high-quality sleep experience during my trip. Even with an early morning check-in, I could truly feel the quality and thoughtfulness. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around. In the evening, I took a stroll along the coast with my family. The scenery was beautiful and absolutely stunning! It's also very close to many Zhuhai attractions, just a few minutes' drive away. The front desk staff was very friendly and even provided children with toothbrushes and slippers upon check-in. The breakfast was varied and the children loved it. I highly recommend staying at the Atour Hotel when visiting Zhuhai. I've always chosen Atour Hotels and have never been disappointed.
