作為一個快走遍中國住過很多酒店的人，我想，寫寫我的真實感受，我在選擇酒店的時候最注重的是評分，也就是客人感受度，其次是品質，再是價格，所以當我搜尋了句容的所有酒店後，發現點評分都很低，衹有這家零條點評，我想是新開業的，於是電話確認了一下，當天到的比較晚，辦入住時，前台一個小哥帶我看的房間，並且告訴我因為新開業，給做了升級，最後還給親自送到了房間，我的第一印象很好，很不錯，後來得知竟然還是第一天營業，酒店還貼心了送了鮮花和伴手禮，給客人很重的儀式感，房間面積也還可以，裝修簡約大方，是我喜歡的風格，設施設備上房門反鎖是有問題的，不能反鎖，應該是驗收檢查有點問題，當然我還是比較信任酒店的，所以沒有和前台説這個問題，因為覺得的酒店還不錯，所以立馬下單了第二天的訂單，後面也陸陸續續一天一續，下了很多訂單，中間發生了一些插曲，讓我進行了一次投訴，本人之前的工作做的也是酒店運營管理，深知管理一家酒店的不容易，況且這是一個新的團隊，所有東西需要磨合，而現在之所以跑到句容這個地方，一住就是十幾天二十天，就是因為我想找一個沒人認識我不會打擾我且安靜的地方，安安靜靜的待着放鬆放鬆也找找自己的靈感，方便後續的寫作，且我的睡眠質量不太好，因為工作的關係通常睡得很晚，所以基本睡眠作息是顛倒的，在前三天我意識到在我有續住單的情況下，酒店前台依然打電話到房間裏來會把我吵醒，客房阿姨想要打掃房間敲門會把我吵醒的情況，我特地到前台表達過我的訴求，就是我會一天一天續住，在我有訂單的情況下，千萬不要打擾我，如果我需要打掃會主動聯繫你們，前台告訴我好的知道了，我便很放心的上樓睡覺了，結果是依然被吵醒，前台打了一個電話因為在睡覺我沒接，又繼續打了一個，直接給我吵醒，客房姐姐也是敲門，我説不需要打掃，直接刷卡開門了，這個時候真的很氣憤，於是給前台打電話説自己要投訴，在此真的想吐槽一下酒店的裝修，電話是在離床三米遠的牆上的一鍵式呼叫，前台給我打電話我要下床到牆上去接，很麻煩，設計師沒有考慮到客人方不方便嗎？前台接了電話説可以和她説，説經理不在，我説你解決不了，結果這個時候經理又在了，我把我的訴求在電話裏又再次重申了一遍，這屬於前台內部沒有做好交接，且沒有同步給客房部門，後面幾天好了很多，不會在上午或者中午給我打電話了，但是會在下午打，我理解畢竟對於勿擾的客人，酒店也需要對客人的安全負責，所以下午打電話對我影響不大，後面還有很多插曲，比如大晚上十一點多了，前台電話到房間詢問我前台有位某姓男士，説是找我的，問我是不是，我説打錯了，我在想前台的培訓沒有做到位吧，公安規定晚上十一點以後是不允許訪客的，如果有訪客也應該請客人自行聯繫，酒店方不應該打擾客人，況且我不認識這個男的，也不能大半夜他報了個房間號説是找這個房間的，酒店就過來問我啊，這個是安全問題，直至此刻我都沒有想過説要給酒店寫個差評怎麼樣，因為我知道新團隊的不容易，但是我體諒你們，你們的工作的不嚴謹不能一直讓我來買單對嗎？今天是我入住酒店的第十四天，我早上七點多點剛睡着，不到三個小時，十點半就聽到框框敲門的聲音，一下子被驚嚇醒，我問誰沒有人回覆我，還在一直敲門，於是我又大聲喊着説誰？還是沒人回覆，我以為是有客人敲錯了，後面聽到另一個聲音説有人啊？然後其他房間的敲門聲響起，緊接着你好服務員，我才知道是客房姐姐，咱就是説禮貌的三敲三報呢？這才上午十點半，我本身睡眠淺，且醒了就很難再次睡着，這下不用睡了，給我驚醒的心直髮慌，我是此時此刻真的不太能忍一點了，我已經再三重申過我的需求了，就是希望不被打擾，貴酒店的團隊連這點小小的客人的需求都做不到嗎？新的酒店新的團隊需要磨合需要成長有錯，但是起碼在團隊協作不是很穩定的情況下，或者説哪怕業務不熟練，服務沒那麼好都沒關係，最重要的一點就是，要記住客人喜好和需求，那麼我想也不會有客人不滿意的，客人住酒店花錢買的就是安心的睡眠，除此之外能解決客人的需求那是很不錯的酒店了，口碑也不會差，當然做得更好的是發現客人潛在的需求，在這個服務行業這麼卷的時候，尊重客人的需求才能更長久！以上僅代表客人入住感受以及小小的建議！
