All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the ”Ceasar Salad” was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” should have been listed as ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

A high-end hotel with convenient parking and good service attitude, especially the room lady, who was very warm and thoughtful. I forgot to ask her name and couldn't specifically praise her, which was a pity. The facilities were generally satisfactory, but there were some shortcomings. The first time I came to live, the environment was really good. I got up in the morning and ran along the lake. I was really in a good mood. The air was really good in the place with mountains and water. I wanted to live for a few more days, but I had a job and had to leave. I must come to live for a few days when I have a long holiday. The hotel service really has nothing to say, especially great, my parents are 80 years old, they are not used to sleeping in the soft bed, and then the housekeeping department came to help them remove the mattress, and then re-made the quilt, the whole process  No complaints, really very satisfied. The whole service at the front desk Xiaoji is very good.  Shuixian is worthy of being a five-star hotel in Danyang.  The last sentence is five-star praise.

I heard that there is a park opposite the hotel, but I didn’t go there due to time constraints. Next, let’s talk about the shortcomings: like all star-rated hotels of a certain age, there is a musty smell as soon as you enter the room, the lighting is dim, and there are obvious stains on the carpet. The bath towels are obviously yellowish. When I was looking for something on the ground in the morning, I accidentally found a cigarette casing left by an unknown guest under the bed. I booked an executive room this time. I don’t know what the difference is between an executive room and a superior room. Anyway, the front desk said it was a single room? It is recommended that friends who stay for one night choose the cheapest room type. The breakfast is very average, with very few varieties; after all, the price is there, so the requirements cannot be too high; but today I actually had octopus balls in my breakfast? It's also a small surprise. In short, there is not much fun on the island. I just came here to eat puffer fish and stay for one night; if the price is good, I would recommend it 30%.

When I was in a bad mood, I visited a B&B in Xiaohongshu. With the urge to escape from the city, I took my children with me, grabbed the charger and left. The hotel is very close to Zhenjiang and Nanjing, which can be reached in 40 minutes by car. The hotel is located in the Lunshan Lake Reservoir Resort. From the road close to the hotel, you will find big surprises. The beautiful scenery along the way is unforgettable. When we arrived at the entrance of the hotel, the red brick parking lot was very thoughtful. The car was parked next to the infinity pool, and the housekeeper came out to greet us enthusiastically, helping to get items and arrange check-in. The scenery of the B&B is very healing, and every little detail is amazing. Because of my poor photography skills, I couldn’t record the beauty here with my lens. However, guests who have been here can tell from the reluctant expressions on their faces when leaving that they all love this place. Attentive service and perfect experience, this is really the best choice for travel. Soon after, we planned a second trip, looking forward to meeting the beautiful scenery and gentle and intellectual hostess again.
