When I came to Zhengzhou, I chose to stay at Zhengzhou Jianguo Hotel. The service in each position of the hotel was very good, the room was clean and tidy, and they actively helped to communicate if I had any problems during my stay. This time I came mainly to watch Zhang Bichen's concert. It's really close, only three minutes walk from the venue, and 20 to 30 minutes by taxi from Zhengzhou Station. The hotel suite is indeed very large, but it's on the sixth floor, and there's only an iron railing to see the view. The executive floor is on the 10th floor. Next time I come, I want to try the 10th floor. I was a little hungry when I just arrived at the hotel. The room order was served very quickly, 20 minutes. The beef noodles were a little oily but delicious. The hotel breakfast was ok, and the spicy soup was not bad. It would be better if there were small fried dough sticks. The hotel service staff are very polite. They greeted me on the first floor and helped to press the elevator to show me the way. Xue Kaiyue at the front desk had a very good attitude. I added WeChat and asked her questions in a timely manner. The room service staff also specially sent small biscuits and yogurt. Like it 👍

The hotel location is within walking distance of the Zhengzhou East Railway Station. The staff was very attentive and understanding. They spoke English to the level that my questions and concern were answered. The hallways and room were very clean as well as the outside. The breakfast and dinner buffet-style food was excellent for both locals and foreigners. I definitely will consider staying at this hotel for the price, location, and excellent service.
