There is no phone in the room, all smart phones are used to call the front desk. Let’s talk about a few shortcomings: 1. Didn’t help us with our luggage when we checked in 2. I ordered takeout the night before I left. There were probably too few robots and it was delayed in delivering it to the room. In the middle of the night, I had no choice but to run down the hall with my daughter in bathrobes and pick it up myself. Can there be a few more robots? 3. There is no manual way to wash clothes. We can only go to the self-service laundry room on the 24th floor. It is too troublesome, so we did not wash it. I hope that manual laundry can be done. In the five-star hotels where I stayed before, the waiters came to the room to pick up the clothes, wash them and deliver them to me. Qian Na did not do this well and hopes to improve. 4. The hotel does not provide children’s toiletries, bad review 5.
