CCaiseqinyongI came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.
It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

MMary LeonardThis hotel is in a very serene environment that is beautiful! My friend and I loved the grounds, our rooms, and the excellent restaurant. Denfeng is a small but charming town and this is a perfect location to enjoy the beautiful nature in this area. The staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive. Gao Yupeng was especially helpful. He speaks English and had great information about the best places to go in the area and the best ways to get there. The only thing that my friend and I regretted is that we didn't book a longer stay. I would definitely stay there again, especially in the cooler weather because they have amazing looking hot springs.

The lobby is high and spacious, with elegant new Chinese style, green plants and art ornaments in the public area, and the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The guest rooms are mainly warm colors, the curtains have good light blocking, and the sleeping environment is good.

The bedding is soft and breathable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet, and the details such as smart toilets and humidifiers are thoughtful. Some room types have bay windows, overlooking the city landscape, and the space is spacious and not depressing.

GGuest UserReputedly, it's the only five-star hotel in the area. The service and ambiance were both fantastic. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, and the balcony offered a superb view. Breakfast was also exceptional, featuring a live Guzheng performance. Our butler proactively connected with us on WeChat, offering excellent recommendations for dining and attractions. The 'Shuixi' (water banquet) restaurant they suggested was a unanimous hit with our group.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with incredibly soft bedding. The hotel service is exceptionally attentive; the staff are warm, professional, and always quick to resolve any issues. Moreover, the hotel's location is super convenient, with excellent transport links nearby, making getting around completely hassle-free. Every day spent here was an absolute delight. I highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserWe stayed two nights here for our visit to Shaolin Temple. Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the beautifully landscaped grounds and pleasant environment. The hotel itself is quite expansive, featuring numerous buildings, and functions as a large-scale hospitality complex for accommodation and dining – truly a garden-style hotel. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive during check-in. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel offers ample parking. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes, along with fresh fruit and good beverages. We stayed in Building 3, and our room offered spectacular panoramic mountain views from the window. Overall, our stay was excellent value for money. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend it to friends and family.

RRalph MxIt is a good hotel, but the access is slightly complicated. There are too many cars parked outside the main entrance. The check-in was fast, and people in the lobby spoke English. The hotel is in good shape; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the aisle and room (like humidity).
During the night shift, the personnel do not speak English but make an effort to communicate in one way or another.
The room had a great view to the city and it is a quiet room too.

XXimingThe hotel is in a good location, with shopping malls, restaurants, business receptions and other shops around, but the hotel's own foot bath and bathing department were not open. My favorite is the gym on the third floor of the hotel. Although the area is not large, the facilities are relatively complete and are definitely enough for non-professionals. The breakfast is also above average, but the front desk urged check-out on time (just once, no need to urge repeatedly, after all, there was no overtime) and the inability to issue paper special tickets on site made me a little speechless.
