I stayed there for an exam, but ended up getting only two hours of sleep that night...it felt like sleepwalking!!! I reported the situation to the front desk that morning, and the staff were incredibly responsive. However, if a hotel relies on the staff's apologies and attitude rather than quality, it truly doesn't deserve the ”Quanji” brand! The unidentified yellow liquid in the tea table 🍵, the leaking shower... Executives should stay at their own branded properties when they have time to experience what it's like to be a real customer!
