Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Zhengzhou

Everything great . I wish the basic breakfast for non Chinese is available: wheat bread and bacon. Although as an asian, i like the sauteed veges so still great.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Zhengzhou for a night after arriving late from the airport. Overall, the hotel was good—clean and comfortable. However, the location wasn’t very convenient, as there weren’t many markets nearby for grocery shopping. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. But for a short stay, it was a decent choice.

This was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient. We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely stay there again

Compared with other Holiday Inn Express hotels, the service is obviously not at the same level. Before checking in, I called to arrange a king-size bed room and was told that I had been upgraded. I was quite happy at the time. When I arrived at the hotel, I was arranged on the 14th floor. After confirming the order, I originally booked a twin bed, 10-15th floor, but I was not upgraded. As a result, the twin bed was sold out. Why did they just tell me directly? Why did they use upgrade to trick me? The breakfast was the same. The breakfast ticket was not checked at the door. When I entered, the auntie asked if I had given the ticket. It was chaotic and much worse than the Four Seasons. The room was not big, the bedding was good, the hygiene was good, the pillow was not very comfortable, and there was no choice of pillows. The location is a certain distance from the center, but it is still convenient to drive by yourself.

The environment of this hotel is very elegant and comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy, the room facilities are complete, the beds are comfortable, and people feel very safe to stay in. The hotel has convenient transportation, and there is a subway entrance not far away. Fei's service is warm and thoughtful.

This is a very good hotel ,very comfortable room and bed.The bathroom has all washing facilities ,the room cleaner miss wang has good observation and care the clients .Breakfast is delicious ,including Chinese and Europe style. The reception three staffs is perfect， sincere and polite to customers ,李汶遙，劉若楠，劉昆，They are good cooperation team.They lookafter the client friendly and care.Especially 李汶遙 she treat customers very careful like a family junior .she is pretty and lovely in my mind.👍👍🌹🌹.I would come again. The window need to clean although she treated me in a higher flat .still good for watching far but not good for looking close .Maybe l am too picky ,this is another department job.

Lying on it feels like being gently wrapped in clouds. It is fully equipped with smart devices and is very convenient to use. Curtains and lights can be controlled with one click. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, the supplies are of high quality and smell good. The hotel's buffet breakfast brought me a big surprise. There were rich varieties of Chinese and Western food, the freshly made noodles and fried eggs were fragrant, and the fresh fruits were also very sweet. The gym equipment is brand new and meets my daily exercise needs. The location is also very advantageous, with all kinds of food and shopping malls nearby, making travel convenient. There is nothing wrong with this stay, I will choose this place next time I come here!

It is quite convenient to drive there because there is a parking lot next to it. The hotel is next to the elevated road, so I specially noted that I wanted a quiet room and was given a room on the other side. I didn't expect that there were many large machines on the roof vents below, which were also quite noisy. The room was generally large and tidy. The breakfast was generally less varied, not as good as the Holiday Inn Express Luoyang where I stayed the night before.
