very good and nice location super clean room

Very dissappointed with check in staff in terms of their attitude and local knowledge. Have spelled out before arrive hotel and upon arrival that we require non smoking room due to allergic. But yet the check in staff told us if we can accept 27th floor “smoking room”. We ended up have to wait at reception area for housekeeping to clean up a non smoking room for us. At the hotel lobby, we asked the concierge staff if they can ring up a taxi for us and the reply is “NO”. The comments we saw online before we arrive the hotel is very much contradict to the actual situation. Hence we decided to move to Hilton Hotel nearby in which we received warm welcome. The staffs at Hilton Hotel is polite and knowledgeable and very patience explaining to us places of interest in Zhanjiang. Will definitely recommend Hilton Hotel which is also cheaper in price and the rooms are well decorated and clean.

The LN garden hotel Zhanjiang is absolutely outstanding. I can not fault it in any way. The hotel itself is just superb and added to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff make the experience one to remember. The food was very nice with a huge variety of dishes. I actually made a mistake with my room choice when booking but this was quickly and courteously altered to my liking. Thank you to the manager and team that sorted this for me. If you do visit LN garden hotel do try to have a panoramic sea view room. This room was the icing on the cake, on the 29th floor the views were amazing. This is now my favorite hotel in Zhanjiang by a long way.

Service was great, except no direct room delivery, food was not as good as I expected, considering the price, options were few. Gym is not 24 hour and requires sign in. Room was excellent.

The hotel is in a very good location, with two shopping centers on the left and right sides, and a lot of restaurant choices. Opposite is the Jinsha Bay Beach Plaza, where aerobics and singing are very lively in the evening. You can hear street singing in the high-rise rooms. There is also a 10-minute drone show on the beach on Saturday and Sunday nights. The executive lounge on the 38th floor overlooks the panoramic view of Jinsha Bay. The Cantonese dim sum in the morning and noon at the Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor is very good. The soup noodles at the breakfast buffet on the 1st floor are very chewy.

This stay was great! As soon as I arrived at the front desk, Xiaowen and Xiaomo greeted me warmly with sincere smiles on their faces. They checked me in quickly and efficiently, and helped me upgrade to a more spacious and comfortable room. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a great sea view. It was so comfortable! I sincerely thank Xiaomo and Xiaowen, and I will definitely come again if I have the chance!

The best location in the Jinsha Bay Seaview Corridor, I paid extra to upgrade to a sea view room, because the sea view room not only has a good view and a good vision, but the key is that the room is also super large. I was in a good mood as soon as I entered the room. There are shopping plazas on the right and left sides of the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel lobby is magnificent, and the furniture and facilities in the room are very beautiful. Looking out from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, there is no obstruction to the sea, and the sense of happiness is overflowing. The buffet breakfast is in the lobby on the first floor. Although there are not many varieties, the taste is not bad. The pork offal noodles and pizza made on the spot are the best. It is a very correct choice to stay in this hotel when you come to Zhanjiang.

The check-in experience of this hotel is really good. The original room is relatively small. When checking in, I asked Xiao Liu and Xiao Li at the front desk to help upgrade it for free. They actively handled my needs and helped me apply for a free upgrade to a one-bedroom suite. The service attitude is very good. The room is more than 60 square meters, very large and comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time

The hotel is in a great location, with a view of the bay (although I couldn't see Zhanjiang Bay from my room), the beach is just across the street, and it's adjacent to the Jinshawan Shopping Center and the Liyue Xintiandi shopping malls, which have many restaurants. In terms of hardware, the room is large, with a cloakroom, and the bathroom is as long as the room, with a large landscape window and double basins, which is very good. It feels comfortable to live in such a room (the TV is small and the picture is not high-definition). The vaulted ceiling of the all-day restaurant on the first floor is similar to that of an old European train station, and the space is large (the disadvantage is that the temperature dropped on those two days, and the restaurant was facing the hotel gate, so it felt a bit cold to dine there). The breakfast was OK. The service was satisfactory.

The switch position at the head of the twin room is suitable for a large bed, and it looks like it was converted from a large bed room.

Room view 3211 has a front view of the sea, and the cross-sea bridge can be seen in the distance; downstairs is the sea-view corridor; the room is clean and odorless, and the towels are white and delicate; the waiter is attentive; we went late for breakfast, and except for the whole grains, everything else was rich, with Zhanjiang characteristics, not bad, I will recommend it to my friends to experience it next time.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are quite enthusiastic. I experienced the hotel's buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. It is cost-effective and worth recommending!
