The location of Diamond Hotel is near the busy and lively Zhangzhou Ancient City in evening time.and close to some restaurants just across the street. The hotel staff at the reception were friendly and helpful when we needed the service of taxi upon checking out from the hotel. To our surprise,the breakfasts at the hotel were good with some extra food choices. The bedrooms were comfortable albeit not that modern.

The guy with glasses at the front desk spoke softly and was very nice. He was very considerate and reminded me of the breakfast options. He also took the initiative to remind me that there were welcome fruits in the room. Since I checked in late, the guy took the initiative to explain that the chef had gone off work and asked about the time period for the next day. The whole process made me feel valued and cared for, and the experience was good. The room and environment are very good, and there are also battery park and seaside promenades nearby for strolling
