We checked in around 9 PM and left the hotel at 9 AM the next morning, having slept through the night. The room's cleanliness and facilities were best described as ”acceptable,” a mere 60 out of 100. The lady in charge of breakfast was incredibly welcoming. Since we arrived a bit late and there were no hot dishes left, she stir-fried some chives for us – she really went to great lengths. When we checked in at night, a man and a woman were at the front desk. When we checked out in the morning, a beautiful woman was at the front desk.

An absolutely fantastic B&B experience! The owner was warm and welcoming, providing attentive service from check-in to check-out. He helped with route planning, recommended food, and even offered fruit and grass jelly upon arrival, and two bottles of water upon departure. It was like being treated like an old friend! The decor is stylish and modern, and the photos are stunning. Best of all, the location is perfect—just a few minutes' walk to the main attractions, yet incredibly quiet at night, making for a truly comfortable sleep. Highly recommended to anyone seeking quality and comfort, this place truly deserves a five-star rating! 👍

This time I came to Zhangzhou for a trip, I looked at many hotels and homestays on Ctrip, and finally chose Huazhu Gaoshengguan in the ancient city of Zhangzhou. This is a hotel-style B&B, awesome! The beautiful girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The service is also very thoughtful! Thanks to Xiao Guo for helping me get my luggage from the Didi car parking spot to the hotel. After leaving the hotel, Xiao Guo helped me carry my luggage and sent it to the Didi pick-up point on Xiaojie Street. Thanks to Xiao Zhu for upgrading me to the only and largest room on the third floor of the hotel the next day. The hotel's bedding and toiletries are clean and comfortable. Especially the shower head has a lot of hot water, absolutely great! The hotel has a great location and environment, right by the Song River. There are many restaurants around! There are also many snacks! If you come to Zhangzhou for tourism and stay in Zhangzhou Ancient City, this hotel is the best choice!

Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, right by the river with stunning night views. The ancient town is just a convenient walk across the bridge. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a hot spring area, making it perfect for both adults and children to enjoy water fun. Cons: The hotel's management is quite poor. 1. While dining in the restaurant, staff would abruptly reach over to clear plates or place napkins without any prior acknowledgement or greeting. I found this quite intrusive; a simple 'excuse me' beforehand would have been much appreciated. 2. When cleaning tables, staff simply brushed food scraps directly onto the floor. 3. Food dropped by other guests on the floor was left uncleaned. Even after guests pointed out that it was a slipping hazard, staff failed to address it until we had finished our meal. 4. The swimming pool is also used for lessons, and at times it gets so crowded with students that it's impossible for other guests to swim or simply enjoy the water. 5. Our room had two protruding nails on the floor that could easily injure a child's bare feet. We reported this to the front desk for repair, but upon returning to the room, only one had been fixed. I was too frustrated to complain again, so I just covered it with an item to prevent my child from getting hurt. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these detailed issues and makes significant improvements.

The hotel is the first choice for quality travel. The hotel lobby is very grand. The lobby assistant manager Xiao Chen is beautiful and generous. The service is warm and thoughtful, and also very professional. The room has good lighting, bright and very clean. Staying in this hotel made me feel the warmth of home~ I learned that my birthday was coming soon, and they also prepared the room and cake attentively. I like the attentive service 👍Next to it is Nanshan Temple and Nanhu Park. The beautiful scenery cultivates the body and mind. I will definitely come again next time!

I came to Zhangzhou with my wife and chose this homestay hidden in the ancient city. As soon as you enter the door, you will be attracted by various puppet decorations. We chose a room with a private hot spring. The hot spring pool on the balcony faces the cobblestone street. At night, while soaking in the hot spring and watching the lanterns light up, it felt like we had fallen into an old movie. The housekeeper contacted us one day in advance and helped us carry our luggage when we arrived at the store. He was very considerate. Must praise the geographical location! Going downstairs is the main street of the ancient city, and snacks such as carrot cake and four-fruit soup are just a few steps away. While strolling around, I happened to come across a glove puppet show. The master puppeteer was controlling the puppets to fight with his fingers flying, and it was very vivid and lifelike. It was a kind of easter egg on the journey. The only drawback is that the old wooden building has average sound insulation. In the early morning, you can hear the jingle of bicycles passing by, but it does add to the fun of the city. (Tips: Private bath rooms are cost-effective, but they need to be booked early during peak season; if you like taking photos, it is recommended to bring cheongsam or Hanfu. The lanterns by the window and the carved bed are beyond the picture!)

The experience at Zhangzhou Longjiang Suiyue Hot Spring Hotel was so pleasantly surprised! Must give five stars! The hygiene is excellent, the corners of the room and the bathroom are spotless, and the bedding has a faint fragrance, which makes people feel particularly at ease. The hot spring experience is the highlight, the private bath is private, the water temperature is suitable, and the whole person is relaxed after soaking. The butler service is even more considerate, from check-in to check-out, the whole process is thoughtful, and it is very considerate to respond to requests, such as reminding the best time for hot springs and helping to make breakfast reservations, which is so worry-free. The facilities are new and complete, and the environment is elegant and charming. I will stay here next time I come to Zhangzhou!

Travel choice is too important to the hotel! The floor of the yysy ancient city is really hard to drag a suitcase. The enthusiasm of the front desk staff made me feel their love for work. They directly provided navigation routes, so I didn’t have to look for them slowly. There were also coupons for various check-in points, and children could tie-dye! Hygiene: The hotel upgraded to a family room for free when I saw my family. As a person with obsessive-compulsive disorder, I am really satisfied with the hygiene of the room. Especially when I saw this floor, my first reaction was that I could clean it daily and feel at ease in the room barefoot. Environment: The hotel is equipped with a laundry room, which is very convenient if you stay for a few more days. After all, sweating in this weather requires more than one set of clothes a day. The rooftop is very beautiful, but it’s a pity that it’s too hot recently, otherwise it would be very pleasant to buy a small wine.
