I've stayed here several times since it first opened, and the facilities have really improved over time. They've added a laundry room and a gym, which is great. If the dryers are busy, there's also a large outdoor terrace where you can hang clothes, which is very convenient. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes delicious! 👍

This hotel is super pet-friendly, which is great – you can bring your furry friends along. They're really understanding, but do keep in mind that pets can't be left alone in the room; they need to go out with you. There's a parking lot right next to the hotel with plenty of spaces, so parking is a breeze. The rooms are also spotless. The guy at the front desk was really enthusiastic and gave us lots of great tips for sightseeing. Definitely excellent value for money.

Our stay at Xiyue was a really good experience overall. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting a taxi or finding places to eat. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep thanks to the decent soundproofing. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and efficient; they were quick to respond to any issues we had. We accidentally left a charger in the room when we checked out, and the hotel proactively contacted us and even helped ship it back, which was incredibly thoughtful. It's a great option whether you're traveling for leisure or with family, offering good value for money. Highly recommended!

An absolute gem in Zhangzhou! Exceptional service, cozy vibes, and perfect location We stayed at the Pu Jing Hotel for 2 nights, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment we checked in until the second we left, the staff made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly friendly, helped us with our heavy luggage, and even assisted us with our itinerary since we arrived without much of a plan. The location is absolutely perfect. Everything you need is within walking distance—there are tons of local restaurants, bakeries, shops, and shopping malls right nearby, making it so easy to explore and find great food. The rooms are superb—tastefully designed, exceptionally clean, and the bed and pillows are super comfy. Another major highlight was the breakfast. Everything was fresh, clean, and well-prepared, but the best part was the daily local, home-cooked delicacy. We tried the local meesuah and porridge, which tasted amazing and felt so comforting. This hotel offers incredible value for money. I feel we got so much more than what we paid for. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again!

定了兩晚觀景房，入住的時候前台小姐姐給了11樓的高層，對面就是江，景色非常不錯，這次來漳州度假體驗感不錯，然而要走的時候被酒店工作人員膈應了一把，我退房的時候問了一嘴有沒有伴手禮，前台辦退房的小姐姐和小哥哥就去問了一下看起來應該是他們領導的人吧，然後小哥哥就給我拿了一盒茶餅，問了我幾個人，我就説兩個人，然後又給了我一盒，好，事情到這裏都還沒啥，我就走到了靠窗的座位等我男朋友（因為退房高峯期就一部電梯能動，我等了好久先下來辦退房，男朋友拉着行李箱坐下一班電梯），可能是我坐的位置前台看不到吧，我就聽到他們在蛐蛐我，説給了我兩盒茶餅，還説我的房間亂七八糟，聽起來是後悔不應該給我，那我問題就來了如果覺得我的銀會員不夠level要伴手禮不給就是了，給了還背後蛐蛐客人。另外退房的時候前台小姐姐問我住的怎麼樣，我説還好，但是沒説第一天中午在我沒有要求打掃房間，並且人還在房間換衣服的時候，保潔用房卡打開了我的房間門，我理解中午是打掃房間的時間，但是也不跟前台確認下我這個房間住幾晚，房間有人還進來，這是我住那麼多酒店第一次遇到這樣的，然後打掃完床頭的紙巾用完了，也沒給放新的，吃東西想擦個桌子都沒紙巾，還好我自己帶了小包的面巾紙，省着用的，至於蛐蛐我房間亂七八糟，我更是無語，難道我住了房間還要還原了再走嗎？我是來酒店打掃衞生的嗎？我也是正常住，沒亂丟亂扔，外賣啥的我也是儘量裝回袋子裏面綁好放垃圾桶旁邊，還要被蛐蛐，真是服了，這個差評是給蛐蛐我的女工作人員，至於是哪位你們自己知道了

Bring the object to Zhangzhou to play by car, and the experience of living in a long way is good. The car parked directly in the hotel parking lot, the location was enough, and it was convenient to pick up the car back and forth. The young lady at the front desk had a very good attitude, and she took the initiative to introduce the surrounding places to play when she checked in. Breakfast is self-service, porridge, noodles, side dishes are available, and the tube is delicious. The most satisfying thing is that there is a self-service laundry room. The clothes that are dried during the trip are washed and dried at once, and there is no need to carry a bunch of dirty clothes home. The room is clean and soundproof. Couples are worth choosing.

This hotel offers the best service! They brought us complimentary sweet soup every day, which was a lovely touch – three servings daily for our family of three. Perhaps it was the off-season, but they upgraded my parents and me to a duplex suite with two bedrooms and a living room. Each bed was a comfortable queen size (1.5 meters). It felt like they gave us so much, maybe even more space than we needed, but having an extra bathroom was incredibly convenient, haha. The mahjong table in the room was a brilliant addition! We spent our evenings enjoying the sweet soup and playing mahjong (three of us, so 'three short one' as we call it in Chinese). It felt like a preview of retirement life!

I specifically chose a newly opened hotel for its cleanliness. The hotel partners with the ancient town to provide a shuttle service for guests. The location is super convenient, situated between the Craft Museum and the Puppet Show Museum, with a Kuixing Pavilion nearby, perfect for an evening stroll. There's also a temple next door where you can participate in activities. The ancient town isn't large, so it's easy to walk to Songshu Ganban Noodle and Yuanquan Shengfang. The twin-bed hot spring room has an open-air mini hot tub, great for moon gazing at night.

The room was fairly clean, but the soundproofing was quite poor. There were noisy guests coming back late at night, laughing and chatting loudly. The innermost room on the west side faces a BBQ stall outside the window. It's usually not too busy on weekdays, but it can get quite loud during holidays like Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. On the other side, facing the street, there are a few bars that operate until 4 AM. If you're sensitive to noise, you might want to reconsider. On a positive note, there was a lovely lady at the front desk with excellent service. She helped open doors and changed pillows, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is conveniently located for walking to the ancient town, and across the street, you'll find local snacks like Zeng Ji Zongzi and Deng Shuigen Braised Delicacies.

This extended stay felt even more authentic. The hotel staff were all excellent, especially Ah Jiao, who helped me with several issues and was very enthusiastic. I'll definitely be back next time. The internal facilities are comprehensive, making it suitable for both family trips and business stays, with a grand feel. It's also spacious enough for drying clothes. The ground floor is very expansive, and having breakfast there is quite comfortable. The breakfast is abundant, and they even offer authentic Zhangzhou specialty breakfasts, which shows real thoughtfulness. In other hotels, I usually only get steamed sweet potatoes for breakfast, but here I had roasted ones for the first time – very considerate! Highly recommended! I used to think that foreign-owned five-star hotel chains paid more attention to detail. However, I'm starting to believe that, like other industries, the future holds opportunities for local hotel brands. Chinese people better understand the personalized needs of other Chinese people, and local operations have an inherent advantage that will surpass foreign brands in the future. However, there's a small detail I'd like to kindly bring to the hotel management's attention: I took my two children to the swimming pool on the fourth floor in the afternoon. I estimated there were about 30 children in the adult pool. Although there were parents, there was only one lifeguard, and that lifeguard was eating in a corner for over 15 minutes. This is extremely dangerous and poses a significant safety hazard. So, beyond the basic excellent service that garners good reviews, it's crucial to meet five-star standards even in unseen, subtle areas. This is where the progress in the differences between Chinese and Western management truly lies.
