The room we got was spacious and comfortable enough boot mattresses and duvets. Service from front desk was always helpful and attentive. The hotel is very outdated though. Smelly dirty carpet everywhere, smoke scent, old bathroom etc. We sometimes had to wait a long time before we got hot water, if we got it at all. Also, there seems to be some sort of music lessons above the building, which started very early and made so much noise. Couldn't sleep with all the drums and music. Very loud.

Great location near the Dafo Temple and reclining Buddha. Service was exceptional - the receptionist really went out of his way to help me - fantastic. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. All in all a great stay.

The bed was comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful (even though not English speaking). There was a problem of infiltration of smelly water in the corridor, but after a couple of days that was resolved

Our experience in this hotel was perfect ! They upgraded us for free, our room was really clean, spacious and really comfortable. The staff is really friendly and accommodating, and even if they don’t speak english we could discuss on WeChat. Finally, the hotel is located really close to old town and to the temple. There is a bus in front of it to go to both train stations. Definitely recommend to stay here during your trip in Zhangye !

This store can be said to be the worst store I have ever stayed in. It has poor hygiene and is not honest. The main reasons are as follows: 1. I made a reservation online and when I checked in, I asked the waitress at the front desk when breakfast would be served. She was told I was told that there was no restaurant, and I proposed that the room I booked included two breakfasts. The waiter said that if you check in alone, you can only go to the front desk tomorrow morning to get a ticket and eat at an outside restaurant. At 6:30 the next morning, there was only one security guard at the front desk. He asked about breakfast tickets and was told that he didn't know. The hotel is obviously dishonest. The guest paid for two breakfasts, but the hotel wants to give tickets based on the number of guests. This is obviously a violation of the guest's rights. Breakfast tickets are supposed to be given to guests when they check in, but the hotel actually wants to give them in the morning, which is obviously dishonest. 2. The carpet in the room, the wall tiles in the bathroom, the floor, the furniture and the toilet are very dirty, as evidenced by photos. 3. The shower has only one shower head and is very stained. The cold and hot labels are reversed. 4. I made a reservation on Ctrip.com and received a score of 4.5. I rated it as good in terms of hygiene. I think it was a fraud by the store. I suggest the platform inspect it, otherwise Ctrip's credibility will be lost.

The room stinks like hell, it smells like the sewer, and the air conditioner was turned on all night long, making a loud sound, mainly because it was too smelly.

The price/performance ratio is very high. It is right in the city center. The location is very good and convenient for traveling. It is very close to the Grand Buddha Temple and the Ming and Qing Ancient Streets. There are also supermarkets nearby. Also upgraded the room for free.

I am very satisfied. Although the hotel facilities are a bit outdated, it is very convenient in the city center. They also thoughtfully upgraded our room. The room is large and has a writing desk.

The sister at the front desk was very considerate and took the initiative to help me move to a floor with fewer people so that I could rest comfortably. The room was very clean but had everything I needed. It's a great experience.
