The room is very spacious, and the community environment is also good. Parking is free. The interior is relatively clean and quiet. It is very close to the main city. There are many restaurants within ten minutes' walk. In fact, I am quite satisfied with everything except that the toilet is clogged. , I can only go out to the toilet in the morning. The toilet seat is still broken. I am afraid of pinching my butt when I sit on it. I hope the boss can improve it soon.

Before going there, I also booked another hotel of the same grade (I directly cancelled the other reservation after hanging up the phone: p). I called to ask about the situation. It happened that Miss Miao answered the phone and introduced the hotel situation in detail. I paid in advance and locked the room in Building D. She also answered many of my questions and helped me upgrade the room. The reserved room has a great view. After checking in, my family praised it and said that they would like to come to Nanshanli in the future! What a great experience! Special thanks to her! 3) Hygiene: Not bad, the maintenance level of the room is also OK. 4) Hot spring: To be honest, the hot spring service and hygiene are really not good. The water indoors is too dirty. It is recommended to go to the outdoor bar, which is a little better than the indoor bar. There is a small pool indoors, which can accommodate more than 20 people. . . There are three outdoor pools, with an average of 4 to 5 people per pool. 5) Fengwei Restaurant on the 2nd floor is not delicious! Everyone choose carefully! The ski equipment hall is upstairs after check-in, and there are several restaurants. It is very convenient, but it is really hard to wait for the elevator during peak hours! There are only two elevators, which is not enough for guests staying in the hotel!

The room is clean and well equipped. All their amenities are good quality, clean and thick towels, Dyson hair dryer, good quality shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. They also provide bedroom slippers and paper cups. I love their fireplace so dreamy. Ms Zhao who helped us with the check in is very friendly and helpful throughout our stay too. The place has free shuttle bus service from the express train station and ski facilities is just across the road with 2 min walk. I’ll definitely book them again if I’ll ever come back to Thaiwoo.

Genting Ski Resort is the best choice for staying here. The main reasons are: 1. The room is very good, with one bedroom and one living room of 80 square meters, a washing machine, a stove, a dining table, a coffee table, and a large terrace. It is open from north to south and has floor heating. It is very comfortable to stay here! 2. The location is good. The ski slope is just downstairs. It is near the No. 6 cable car. You can go up the mountain by crossing the ski slope. There is no pressure to ski on the top of the mountain! Although the hotel does not have an underground parking lot, you can park your car at Genting World. The hotel provides a car pick-up!

Because I bring cats and dogs with me, I chose this pet-friendly hotel.
