GGuest User5/5 stars! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Jason Wen and Tom - their warm hospitality made us feel right at home! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, complete with a stunning balcony view!
The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices!
Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service.
We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location!
A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying in Chongli, and after comparing various options, I finally decided on the InterContinental. Let's start with the positives:
1. Avoiding the crowded streets and bustling areas of the town was a major priority for me.
2. The hotel is relatively new, its facilities are comprehensive, and the rooms are spacious.
3. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted good. There were fewer Western choices, but plenty of hot Chinese dishes.
4. The restrooms feature Washlets (bidets) – a huge bonus!
5. Free underground parking with EV charging stations.
Now for the drawbacks:
1. Many TV channels in the room had no signal, especially the major satellite and international ones.
2. The shower water pressure was weak, possibly the lowest I've encountered in a hotel of this class.
3. Several design elements were quite counter-intuitive. For instance, the shower control was on a different wall from the showerhead. The restroom door, being a fire door, was extremely heavy; I felt a touch of claustrophobia just going in to use the toilet. Also, the shower door was labeled 'Push' but actually required pulling to open.
4. The entire hotel felt like a maze. Even upon checking out, I still hadn't quite figured out where the main entrance was or the exact orientation of my room.
5. The breakfast area's layout was also quite peculiar, with stations scattered rather randomly. Salads and fruits, for example, were tucked away in a tiny corner of the main dining hall, leading everyone who discovered them to exclaim, 'Oh, there's more food here!'

GGuest UserThe room is really clean. It's not big, but it has all the facilities you need. The service is also very good. The front desk and the cleaning lady are very good and can meet all your needs. Because the sanitation is cleaned in time, you can check in early. There is a bus pick-up right after the high-speed rail. Wanlong Apartment, Shuanglong, and Yulong are all connected by corridors and are very close to the ski resort. I was very worried about the cheap price before the trip. I didn't expect to live in such a cost-effective hotel during the peak ski season. It's great! Wanlong is the first choice for skiing!

YYaoxiaoyiThe deluxe king room was indeed in the main building. It was spacious, had a bathtub, and a small balcony, which I was quite satisfied with. However, the breakfast buffet at the all-day dining restaurant wasn't very diverse; there were no wontons, and the selection was limited. We also had dinner there, and while the menu wasn't extensive and prices weren't cheap, the quality was decent. I recommend the beef noodles and oat noodle rolls. The view from the terrace was lovely, offering a distant glimpse of the 'Snow Ruyi' ski jump. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay.
The most disappointing aspect was the room cleaning speed. We checked in on a Saturday, and with the hotel fully booked, guests from the previous day should theoretically check out by noon, or 2 PM at the latest with a late checkout. Yet, when we tried to check in at 5 PM, a large number of rooms were still not cleaned. On a rainy day, with nowhere else to go but the front desk, we finally got into our room at 5:30 PM. The hotel did offer complimentary welcome fruit as compensation.

GGuest UserThe hotel is spacious, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Riding Cable Car 5 to the summit, you'll find a steel frame structure under construction. While it's not yet fully completed, it already has a very modern feel and looks great for photos. Up on the mountaintop, attractions like the Sky Mirror, Lying Flat Duck, and Sky Swing also offer fantastic photo opportunities. I particularly loved the small path connecting the summits of Cable Car 5 and Cable Car 1, which was lined with beautiful blooming wildflowers, making it incredibly scenic. The views and fountains in the heart of Fulong Town were also quite lovely. Overall, it was a truly wonderful holiday experience.

GGuest User**Facilities:** During our summer escape trip, from Bashang to Chongli, all hotels we stayed at featured wet/dry separation in the bathrooms, which was very convenient. Towels, bath towels, and bath mats were all provided. What was most commendable was the presence of disinfected bathrobes, which we could use with peace of mind.
Children's toiletries were provided and proved to be quite good. They also offered adorable children's slippers.
The front desk provided a luggage cart, and a staff member proactively offered to help us with our bags. Although we didn't need the assistance, we were very grateful for their thoughtfulness.
The location was excellent, within walking distance of Fulong Town. There were plenty of dining options nearby, and we even bought some local strawberry tomatoes and grapes, all of which were exceptionally delicious.
The mini-fridge might not have been cooling properly, but we didn't need it, so we didn't bother to inform the front desk.
The breakfast was undoubtedly the highlight. It offered a wide variety of dishes, and the flavors were outstanding. The wontons were especially delicious, and the coffee tasted authentic. The service staff were very observant and proactive.

MM52633****The room was great, very clean and tidy. We were pleased to find that the entire town is pet-friendly. We extended our stay for another night in the same room, and the cleaning was prompt and thorough, with amenities replenished quickly.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. The hotel's 'Pet You Bar' is pet-friendly, and their wheat beer was delicious. The cocktails were a little on the sweet side, but the fried squid skewers were a tasty highlight and highly recommended.
Don't miss the town's cable car – you can even take your dog along to enjoy the beautiful mountain top scenery!

__WeChat41208****The bathroom drain in room C306 was leaking; the cleaning staff came and cleaned it, but the cause of the blockage was not found. One of the bedside spotlights couldn't be turned off and stayed on all night. Hopefully, the hotel's engineering department can fix it as soon as possible to make guests more comfortable. Other services, the environment, and cleanliness were all good, especially the balcony which faced the Snow Ruyi Pavilion and looked beautiful when lit up at night. This hotel was built for the East Olympics, following the mountain terrain and incorporating elements of cave dwelling design, highlighting its cultural value. Compared to the various small-town hotels, this place is very quiet and suitable for rest.

JJiandanqinxintaba1. The location is superb, right in the town center, conveniently close to the Gondola 4 entrance and also not far from Gondola 9.
2. The room was excellent, truly spotless and well-maintained.
3. Breakfast was good.
4. Downside: Parking was a significant hassle. There are only a handful of surface parking spots. The entrance to the underground parking was quite tricky to locate. Once inside the garage, you need to diligently follow blue signs and be prepared to drive for quite a while to reach the hotel's designated area, as it's a large underground facility shared by several establishments. Parking within the town itself is a complete nightmare; the roads are incredibly narrow, and people often park haphazardly on the side while dining or sightseeing, completely blocking the already tiny streets. To make matters worse, you even have to pay just to drive into the town! While hotel guests are entitled to free parking, the process is a bit convoluted: you have to hand your phone to a staff member for them to input a special code (likely to prevent unauthorized sharing), which is only valid for a mere 15 minutes. If you get caught in traffic and can't exit within that time, you have to contact the hotel again. This is precisely what happened to us; trying to leave at 2 PM was incredibly difficult and frustrating.

AAnonymous UserOn my first visit to this town, I opted for a lake-view room at the Huanhuo Hotel, and the views were simply breathtaking! 😊 I could watch the lake fountain right from my balcony, and what truly made it special was the giant yellow duck installation that recently appeared in the middle of the lake. The overall experience was fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻
The front desk staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and highly efficient. The room facilities were excellent, and the decor had a distinctive character. Plus, easy access to and from the hotel made exploring a breeze. Choosing Huanhuo was definitely a fantastic decision!
The hotel's lakeside location is perfect. From the ground level, guests can enjoy picturesque lake views, watch various performances, and admire the Western-style streetscapes, all while dining. Heading downstairs, the underground shopping street offers a relaxed ambiance and diverse dining options. A major plus is that the cable car 🚡 station is right outside the hotel, and you can even catch young riders training at the pump track. Additionally, the town shuttle bus stop is conveniently located right at the hotel lobby entrance. This level of convenience is truly remarkable!
