The hotel is very close to the city and Chongli High-speed Railway Station. You can take a taxi or bus. It is recommended to take a taxi when you leave the high-speed railway station. Environment: There is a restaurant in the Four Seasons Town Mall next to the hotel, and there is a ski resort next to it. Service: The hotel lobby is very grand and the front desk staff are very polite.

Brilliant location in the heart of Thaiwoo. Walking distance to the slopes. Rooms are very spacious compared to the other hotels around. The breakfast spread is just ok. Will definitely come back.

Stayed for 8 nights. The facilities are simple but everything you need is there. I am very grateful to the hotel staff: Yang Haiyan for taking care of me during this period. She helped me solve all the problems I encountered. On the last day, I was almost scalded by the hot water machine while having breakfast. I reported it to the hotel and they immediately called an engineer to fix it. It was fast and the service was good. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Genting! The location is also very convenient, right next to the 22 cableway, and you can slide in and out. The only drawback is that novices cannot go on the 22 cableway, and the 22 cableway will not open when the wind is too strong.

This time, the family traveled and stayed at Zhangjiakou International Hotel, which was a good experience: The hotel is antique, and the facade, lobby, and corridor are very grand. There are mostly office buildings around, adjacent to the park, and the hotel is clean, tidy, and relatively quiet. The room is decorated in an old-style hotel, but the king-size room is spacious, with a bathtub and a refrigerator, and fruits, yogurt, and small biscuits are delivered to the room at night. The hotel has four restaurants: Chinese restaurant, Vietnamese restaurant, Japanese restaurant, and Dian Yuede Tea Restaurant. When I went there, it happened to be a beer festival in the hotel, and there was an open-air barbecue in the small square in front of the hotel at night. On the first day of check-in, I tasted the Yueshe restaurant on the first floor for dinner. The environment was very good. Four people spent 370 yuan, and the Tom Yum soup tasted good. Breakfast is on the second floor, with Cantonese morning tea, Inner Mongolian morning tea, Western bread and cakes, etc., as well as some other things such as pancakes, wontons, etc. The dishes are rich, and the waiters are also very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to help guests in need, such as giving pregnant women a backrest. Because a family member had a birthday during the trip, we booked a birthday banquet in the hotel's Chinese restaurant. The restaurant was very creatively decorated and we liked it very much. We can see that the hotel is very attentive. The acrostic poems based on the guests' names were displayed on the TV, on napkins, and even on the yogurt we drank. There was also a small interaction during the cake session, and the dishes tasted quite good. When I returned to the room, I unexpectedly found that there were also happy birthday candles and flowers in the room, and framed photos were given as gifts. Especially the clean and hygienic guest rooms, the bright windows and clean tables, the thoughtful and meticulous service, I felt at home. Overall, I was very satisfied and the service was super five-star praise. I will consider coming again.

The hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

And some supporting services... Because it was my first time staying, the service staff helped to push the luggage and guided me to check in to the room in detail! The room facilities are complete, comfortable, spacious, bright, clean and tidy! ! Because my husband happened to catch one of his birthdays, the hotel also made a cake in detail and sent it to the room. It was so unexpected and thoughtful! It was our first time to come to Zhangjiakou, because this hotel made us like Zhangjiakou instantly. The hotel's service, sanitary conditions and hardware facilities are all first-class. The evening buffet and breakfast are very good. The price/performance ratio is too high. I will stay here again in the future!

The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing! We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

The room is clean and tidy, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The Cantonese breakfast is super good, with many varieties, authentic steamed chicken feet, steamed spare ribs, shrimp dumplings, and fish porridge are all great. Very good, I didn't experience bathing and swimming, the first choice when I came to Zhangjiakou.
