The biggest highlight is sliding in and out of the snow track, which is convenient for rest and door-opening. The hotel breakfast and afternoon tea are rich in variety. The front desk service of Genting Palace Hotel is warm and considerate of the guests. The staff responsible for this trip are Cui Wenbin and Sun Yujiao. They come to Chongli Genting no less than ten times a year. The standard of Genting Palace has always been stable and excellent.

This place was amazing! Within walking distance to the ski resort and the breakfast was tasty! they offer a 20% discount on the ski tickets but you need to ask the front desk for the slip of paper before buying tickets! I would definitely come back here again. the rooms are centrally heated during winter and can get quite warm!

Beautiful location. My husband and I came to Thaiwoo to participate in a sports event. The hotel crew was so kind and let us check in to the room hence our early arrival. Great location to be!

I have stayed in the hotel twice. The environment is good, the rooms are large and clean, the cleaners are on call, the restaurant environment is good and the variety is complete. A small hot pot buffet has been added for dinner. The ingredients are fresh and diverse, as well as fruits and desserts 🍮, and drinks are also included, including red wine, beer, and beverages. You can have a delicious dinner without leaving the hotel; the hot spring is also good, with a good environment, clean and sanitary, various medicinal baths, children's paddling pools, salt crystal thermal therapy rooms, sweat steaming, tatami heated beds, and fruits and lemonade are also provided. It is very warm and thoughtful.

Very good hotel! Perfect location, just in front of the ski resort Wanlong. I spent two nights there and I enjoy it so much, is just sooooo convenient to sleep there, wake up in the early morning, have breakfast and give ahead to ski. They gave me new towels, new waters but they didn’t change the blankets and that is why I am not giving 5 stars to cleanness.

The shower was clogged (completely, the water didn't drain), so I tried to use the bath, and there the showerhead didn't work, so we couldn't do the most basic thing of taking a shower in our room. We didn't try to change rooms because we found out after midnight and were too tired to deal with complaining and packing and moving to a different room. However, this is not acceptable. I would expect this thing in a cheap hostel, not in a fancy hotel.

He sees the hotel opposite, but generally speaking, this hotel is ok, because we went there during the 11 period. The cost performance is very high, but there is nothing to play around. The main thing is to do the cableway, and then go up to the service. This service is ok, for example, some of them gave us the ropeway tickets, but we need to make up the difference for the children, because each room only gives two children and they need to buy them separately, including breakfast. Although this room has four beds, it only gives two breakfasts. The other two breakfasts need to be paid by themselves, and the children also need to pay. I think this can be improved. It can be given according to the number of people staying in the room. Overall, it feels good.
