I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

It was great stay, starting from check in, staff Tiffany is especially detailed in her explanation and even brought us to the ski rental and instructor area to answer our queries. Throughout the stay, we added her in WeChat and she replied promptly when we encountered any issues.
My room is facing the slope and the ski resort is accessible at the basement level which makes it convenient.
Breakfast spread is good too with international spread.
The Chinese restaurant that located at the basement has very nice food too.
This hotel is highly recommended for the service and location to the ski resort.

Although it is five-star, it is too casual. I planned to go to the bar to listen to music at night, but a group of people were singing with broken voicesđ€, and the whole hotel was filled with the sense of farmhouse music! It seems to be the boss's friend or something, isn't this a signboard?
The swimming pool is not open and there is no place to play. The only afternoon tea is good and worth a visit.
The environment and quality are not as good as Hengxing Metropark, although the prices are similar.
The service is not bad, and Wanggui Hotel has improved its quality.

Environment: The public area is quite spacious, but the view from my room is average. I can only see the roof of the auxiliary building below, which is almost equivalent to no view.
Service: The guys at the concierge were very enthusiastic and actively helped with my luggage. They also took the initiative to take me to the infirmary to borrow medicine.
Breakfast: To be fair, it's pretty average. After two days of taking it, there is basically no change

The Venice Hotel is situated conveniently in the âdowntown areaâ of the city, making it easy to access the city. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was great, although the warm water was luke warm, when taking a bath. I had paid for the room prior to my stay and was asked to pay the same amount, when I checked in. I thought it might have been a deposit of some kind, so I paid it, however when I checked out, the money was not returned to me? The room was fine and no damages had occurred, so I am confused about this practice and it did spoil my overall experience of the hotel, if I am honest.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and gave me many surprises. Although the price was not low during the Spring Festival, the hotel prepared a free dinner on the third day of the New Year, with simple Western food and drinks, and a resident band. It was really thoughtful, with games and draws, and my family and I had a great time. The water temperature of the swimming pool was very good, and we reserved it ourselves. The breakfast was very rich. The bedding was comfortable. The only thing to be improved was that the temperature in the room was too high, and it would be better to open the window a little. But I really like this Oakwood.

We enjoyed staying at Crowne plaza .
Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful.
The restaurant staff are really spot on too.
Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok.
Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well.
Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas.
Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna .
Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics â just smooth sailing!

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in China. It's even better than hotels that were 4 times the price. The attention to detail in the rooms was excellent. My favorite amenities were the pillow/mattress menu, free soap scrubber in the shower, open concept bathroom. I was also please that the hotel provided a small air conditioner (since it's late October, the hotel's system was set to heat instead is cool) and I was able to sleep in 20 degree comfort. Also, the hotel had free wine tasting! Also, the restaurant was delicious (expensive, but worth it!).

JJvictoryWe chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

GGuest UserI was a little dissatisfied when I was told that I couldn't participate in the art activities when I was about to arrive, but the service provided by Butler Xiaofang was so great that I deserved to be treated like a home away from home. The environment of the entire winery is also very good, quiet, private and leisurely. The architecture is also very beautiful, so children donât have to worry about running around in the winery. If you have a chance to come again, make an appointment in advance to experience art and cultural activities

GGuest UserI came to Chongli for a week. On the first night, I stayed in a five-star hotel in a ski resort where you can ski in and out. The room was too dry and the hardware was too old.
I decisively changed to the new InterContinental Hotel on the second day. From the basement to the lobby, to the room, to the restaurant, to every corner, I felt at home from the hardware to the service.
If you drive to ski and have high requirements for accommodation quality, InterContinental is the best choice.
The breakfast is rich, exquisite, and has many varieties. The executive lounge has afternoon tea and Chinese food for dinner. The facilities are complete. The floor heating temperature in the room is ideal, and there is no need to turn on the air conditioner, which solves the problem of dryness.
The two front desk staff, Xuefeng and Liu Jie, warmly received me and helped me arrange the luggage. Since I booked the room only when I arrived at the store, they also helped me compare the preferential prices on various platforms and booked the room for me. Thank you very much!
I am very satisfied with the accommodation experience and look forward to coming again!

GGuest UserI came to Crowne Plaza Huailai again. It was still so friendly. The front desk also thoughtfully arranged the extra room on the same floor. Thank you very much. The hotel has added outdoor areas for children to play this year. It's just a pity that the temperature dropped sharply on the weekend and I couldn't have fun. The indoor water park and children's playground are as popular with children as always. The evening buffet hot pot is also good, with a wide variety. I will come back in the summer and hope that there will be many new projects developed.
