Hotel room was very nice and big! Just steps away to ski place. Great location if u want to do skiing. Some delicious restaurants and food trucks located very close by

Brilliant location in the heart of Thaiwoo. Walking distance to the slopes. Rooms are very spacious compared to the other hotels around. The breakfast spread is just ok. Will definitely come back.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the high-speed rail station, and the transportation is very convenient. Then the design and lighting of the room are very good, spacious and bright. It rained in the afternoon, and there are umbrellas in the hotel lobby that can be used for free, which I personally think is very considerate. When I checked out, I saw that the small cakes displayed in the hotel lobby were pretty good. I saw that the mooncake boxes sold were very exquisite, and I bought 2 boxes.

This ski trip was made perfect by choosing this hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to the ski resort, and it is very convenient to travel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the layout is very warm, and the bedding is very comfortable, so that we can get a full rest after tired skiing. The hotel's service is also particularly attentive. The staff is warm and friendly, and check-in and check-out are very efficient. And they also provide a lot of advice and help on skiing, which makes people feel particularly intimate. The restaurant's cuisine is also worth mentioning, the dishes are rich and varied, delicious, adding a lot of delicious enjoyment to our ski trip. All in all, this hotel is highly recommended, and it is a great choice for both ski lovers and those who want a comfortable holiday.

Stay in Dec 2024. Room wise is ok - Big and clean. There is a ski shop where we rented rather new ski equipments at a reasonable price. However, there is no food options around except the hotel n the hotel next to it. Have to take a car to Thai Woo Ski Resort for Mac which is abt 6 min drive at night. In the day, Thai woo has many other options. Otherwise will be to the town (xian Cheng) which is abt 30 Min drive away. The free shuttle bus which ply between the railway station n hotel stops outside the Xue ru Yi ski resort and we had to walk in abt 300m n up the slope/stairs in the cold to the hotel. Need to take note of the sub names of Xue Ru Yi hotels as there are 2 sub hotels Xue ru Yi - 睿景 (rui Jing) and Xue ruyi - 维景 (wei Jing) hotels.

酒店兩大特點，一是美麗二是有品，美得隨手一拍就很出片，從大設計到小細節都能感受到十分有品味。 私湯的設計超喜歡，看似是室內的，其實推開湯房的房門就是自己的院落，就變成室外私湯了。 淋浴温度是電子控温的，淋浴方式是按鍵式的，很方便，但是我們房間下水有點問題，洗完快水漫金山了，不知道是不是衹有我們一個房間這樣，已經反饋了酒店，希望趕緊解決。 房間是地暖的，升温沒有那麼快，天氣冷了，建議跟客人聯繫確定到達時間後能早點打開地暖。 飯菜還是酒店吃方便，味道不錯，早餐尤其美味。 酒店會為客人專門組一個微信羣，有什麼問題能很快在羣裏給出回覆。

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a common area. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and we'll appointed. (The windows were a little drafty, but that's typical here). The ski slopes were beautiful, well kept, and they offered a wide variety levels and trails! We contacted the hotel before arriving to ask questions and this is where the staff went above and beyond! We were able to message via WeChat, make breakfast reservations, and then they helped us get discounted lift tickets and equipment! Overall, a wonderful stay and will come back!

The hotel is not far from the high speed and the location is convenient. The hotel is on the 5th and 6th floors of a fur trading city. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor. It looks magnificent. The restaurant is on the 5th floor and breakfast is OK. The room booked is very spacious, the decoration style also looks bright, the bathroom area is not small, and the dry and wet separation of various supplies is complete! But the small details of hygiene need to be paid attention to. The glass in the house outside the bathroom has four large marks, just like footprints; the shower gel is not added! The most speechless thing about the hotel booked from Trip.com is that the hotel store price is much cheaper than Trip.com !

This is the second time I have come to Longbian Boyuan, because the first travel experience last year is unforgettable. This time I brought my brother and his family, and they were also amazed by the beauty and exquisiteness of the small courtyard. Although the grassland Tianlu car is more congested, but after coming to the small courtyard tired and swept away, rushing to take pictures and punch in. The butler was enthusiastic about service and took the children to pull the radishes. He caught up with the Tanabata Festival that day. The butler also sent roses to the girls. Although I didn't see the stars in the sky due to the weather, I was fortunate to see the rainbow in the afternoon. 🌈 In the evening, a bonfire was lit in the small courtyard. It also enriches another journey experience. The small courtyard food prepared by the aunts is simple and delicious, the roast leg of lamb is burnt and tender, and the fried vegetarian dishes are very sweet. We booked three rooms this time, each room has its own characteristics, reflecting the careful care of the boss and staff everywhere! 到了辦入住，還沒辦完，旁邊的男的就催着服務員給他辦，服務員就着急忙慌給我辦，住的地方跟前台離得很遠，就發了個視頻導航，的一邊看視頻一邊開車，很離譜，也很危險，不知道誰發明的，這麼引路，沒有一個人告訴景區裏吃的在哪，超市在哪，怎麼遊玩，真的無語，還是問的路人，還收了1000按金，最不開心的是，退房晚一分鐘都不成，晚多久就扣500，再晚要扣光了，心裏很不舒服，住過太多的星級酒店，都是服務至上的，這裏衹有環境是好條件，其他的不知道性價比在那裡，床品挺舒服的，洗澡沒洗，熱水不評價了，一晚上大幾百的房價不知道誰給的自信？
