Zhangjiajie Hotels with Pools

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman. George from the concierge was very helpful in booking our tickets. The location is fantastic, close to East Gate, with major attractions just a few kilometers away. Although we hired a Didi, it's also possible to walk to these attractions. The western food section in the restaurant could use some improvement; the pizza tasted more like cheese on bread than an actual pizza. However, the breakfast buffet was quite nice. We definitely recommend this place for families, as the pool is great for both kids and adults after a long day of walking.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic one-week stay at the Harmona Spa and Resort in Zhangjiajie, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the personalized service made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with logistics, arranging everything from tickets to transportation, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The 24/7 attention was impeccable, and the beautiful location and facilities added to the charm of the resort, we got a feeling of Avatar 2.0 One highlight was the great variety offered at breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. Both of the resort’s restaurants served excellent food, adding to our overall dining pleasure. A special mention goes to the staff members who made our stay exceptional: Johnny and Shan received us warmly on the night we arrived, Cherry and Monica, who not only provided excellent service but also entertained us with their beautiful singing and fun personalities; Pink, who was incredibly helpful, proactive in planning our activities, and quick to resolve any issues T hank you to Mao Mengfan, who hosted us with an amazing barbecue at Flower Valley, Luna from the Chinese restaurant, who provided amazing service; Nikki and Fenfen from the front desk, who were always welcoming and efficient; and Josie from the bar, who made our karaoke night unforgettable with creative cocktails. Lastly, big thank you to Mr. Li who took great care of our luggage, ensuring it reached the airport when we couldn't return from Tianmen Mountain in time. Would recommend this place. This place is great value for money. Good location if you want somewhere calm and tranquil; having travelled around China to the big cities, I needed this more secluded stay. I could not fault the service. I arrived early and they offered me breakfast which was so lovely of them. The food is more home style cooking, simple but decent. The staff were incredibly helpful. I had a fever on my first night and they took good care of me. Kevin especially was very hospitable. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Forest homestay at sunrise. The homestay is a short 5 minute drive from the west gate of the National Park which is much quieter and with smaller queues. The service we received was excellent, in particular from Mr Wu (小吴) who was extremely helpful in planning an itinerary tailored to our schedule and organised all of our tickets for us. He helped us to plan a route which avoided the crowds for most of the day. The hotel had stunning views of the mountains, complete with an infinity pool and a restaurant with delicious local food. We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing customer service! Absolutely worth 5 stars review! drop us off to the Zhangjiajie national park entrance and pick us up as well. Besides of the best service, they have the stunning mountain view from the room, a beautiful infinity pool can watch the sunset. Breakfast is delicious. All staff members are super friendly. Quiet, peaceful, that’s all you need for a relaxing holiday. Specially thanks to concierge Qin Kai, he is very kind and very thoughtful. Definitely recommend to everyone.

We had a very nice stay, we stayed 3 people in one room. The room we stayed in was very big and had its own unique style. It was very clean. The hotel is very close to the South Gate of the park. It's a little hidden away from the road, but they were very quick to come and pick us up and drove us to the park entrance every day free of charge. Breakfast eggs come from free range chicken on the ground and they were excellent. Over all the food was very good. It's a small hotel run by a family and they are all very nice and helpful with planning your stay. Location is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The two men who work at this hotel were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast soup was delicious! A must try. The room was a good size and was comfortable, however it could have done with so thorough cleaning. The pool was a great way to wind down after a long day of walking in the heat!! All in all a lovely stay.

This stay was a great experience. The homestay has its own courtyard, which is very comfortable and beautiful! ! ! The room is very clean, the layout of the room is very nice, the room is very soundproof and quiet. Fruits were prepared as soon as we arrived at the homestay, and the housekeeper's service was great! ! , the housekeeper was very enthusiastic, and arranged a pick-up for us, saving a lot of time, and recommended us a tour route. If you have any questions, tell the housekeeper, and he will help us solve them quickly. And this homestay is very good for taking photos. Very satisfied, must praise!

Booked this hotel because they showcase a big swimming pool. I asked for a room near the pool. But after I checked in, got my swimming clothes on, and went to the pool, they told me it's closed for maintenance. In the summer?? Room was nice, but the convenience shop was closed, and the only restaurant was dowwright depressing. Drove back into town for dinner. Speaking of, it's hard to get a Didi/taxi back into town. I feel bad for the staff, they are trying their best, but the management needs to step up.

The room service was enthusiastic and cleaned every day for three days. Breakfast can also be enjoyed in the executive lounge on the tenth floor. The dining environment is quieter and the variety is more diverse. It is also close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. Overall, I am very satisfied.
