Disadvantages:
1. The room I was given twice when I first checked in was not the same as the one I ordered. The area and room type were seriously inconsistent with the platform. After communication, I finally changed to the room type I ordered.
2. The toiletries in the room were not replenished on the second day of check-in and I had to ask for them.
Advantages:
The assigned one-to-one butler Xiao Li really provided good service. Communication was easy, efficient and fast. He really understands the service industry. If there is any problem, he will reply quickly and solve it. I feel that the service of this butler is worth 880 out of the room fee of more than 1,000... Everything was perfect. Reception is always supporting the guest's trip. Chinese homemade style breakfast is so nice. The facility and view are amazing.
Being located in front of the middle gate of the park, easy to access. However, to the east gate, which has a lot of restaurants and markets, is quite far so needs to take a taxi for 20mins.

We had a very good stay in Annica Resort. Especially the fantastic service of Xiao Liu needs to be mentioned as he provided us with really great tips how to best explore the Zhangjiajie Nature Park. Hotel is very near by foot to a quiet park entrance with no waiting time to get in. Very few restaurants in this area. For visit of Tianmen mountain it is ca 40 minutes drive each way.
