Because we want to bring a puppy, we arrived early on the first day and wanted a room to put the puppy. We called a day in advance, but it was not ready when we arrived. We waited less than five minutes and prepared a room for us. It was just these five minutes that we didn't take it seriously. When we returned to the hotel at night, we were given two fruit plates in five minutes. They were two very exquisite fruit plates. This is a new hotel with all new facilities. The front desk staff mostly speak Mandarin, but they are very helpful, friendly, and quick. The location is perfect—close to a mini-market and Tianmen Mountain. The laundry room, gym, and especially the rooms are super clean, neat, and comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie (ZJJ).
