We had a truly unforgettable stay at this PERFECT Located Zermatt hotel—an ideal getaway for couples seeking romance and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm hospitality and personalized service. The room was cozy but dated, with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn right from our balcony—absolutely magical at sunrise and sunset. Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the village center and lifts, yet quiet enough for peaceful evenings. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already planning our return. Highly recommend this hotel for couples seeking charm, comfort, and stunning alpine beauty. Psst: Minus the opposite land area with constant noise in the morning due from construction, it will be better.

The hotel was in 5 minutes walking from Zermatt train station and it offered free shuttle for check in and out as there was a steep path to the hotel entrance, not good to walk with luggages. I booked 2 bedrooms family suite but only with one bathroom which was the downside. However, the total space of 60 meter sq with a decent living room and a small balcony facing Matterhorn were a plus to the overall stay. There were some minor defects and the staff fixed efficiently. They had an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna room. I had to mention that the jacuzzi was of high standard and you must go after a day of hiking. So bring your swimming suit. However, please note that in there culture, no clothes are allowed to enter the sauna room and it is in mixed genders. The breakfast buffet was lack of choices. But I had to specially name Mr Fernando, he always welcome us with very good coffee and of course his warm greetings in the morning. Suggestion to the hotel: 1. Stated clearly the number of bathroom/ toilet in the booking details regarding my booking is a 2 bedrooms suite. 2. More choices for breakfast, my family stays 4 nights there. Everyday, the menu is same. 3. The pool was closed at 8pm, will be better if it closes at 9pm as it was rather rush for the guests to use after dinner. Overall, I recommend this hotel to family. I will come back again.

This hotel is amazing, especially the location which is only 3 min walk from the Zermatt Station. It’s also very closed to the main street, supermarket amd restaurants. The room is spacious and we were so lucky to see the sunrise view of Matterhorn due to the good weather. Highly recommended to friends and families who would like to visit Zermatt.

The location is very good. You can see it when you come out of the train station. It takes about 3 minutes to walk. The supermarket is just opposite. It is also very convenient to go to the viewpoint. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk. The facilities, rooms and environment are all OK. The front desk is very enthusiastic and the communication is very pleasant. The scenery is also good, but when we stayed there, the hotel opposite was under renovation, which affected it a little.

The location is very close to the train station and you can see the Matterhorn, but not much.

This hotel has an excellent location, convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. The service staff are warm and attentive, making you feel like you are being cared for. The room has a wide view and picturesque scenery. It is an almost perfect accommodation experience. Highly recommended!

The room balcony has a beautiful view, the breakfast is great, and the location is very good, right next to Grindelwald train station. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage first, which is very convenient.
