Very easy to move around to most of the tourist area, and many resturant around. The BF is also very good.

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to the extremely high temperature in the room. There were four of us staying in a single room, and despite the stifling heat, the hotel only provided us with two small fans. We politely requested a more appropriate solution, such as additional fans or a room change, but the staff showed no real willingness to help us. We spent the entire night sweating and unable to sleep well due to the heat. The central air conditioning system was turned off (something we weren't informed about in advance), and no compensation or valid alternative was offered. This situation seriously affected our stay, and we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers. Comfortable accommodations are the minimum one expects, and in this case, it was quite the opposite.

Good value for money. Good service, adequate parking and cheaper than nearby ones. We will definitely come back!

The location of the neighborhood was a bit dirty and the neighborhood a bit dangerous. Otherwise the service was good, the stay was very good and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Excellent service. They let us check in early and even stored our bags for us! 24-hour service.

The only problem was that during the two nights we stayed, around 10:30/11:00 PM in the adjoining room, 417 would run the bathtub faucet for an hour, and the noise became very annoying and prevented us from sleeping. Also, it was difficult to control the heating; it was very hot. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The hotel staff is super friendly. Unbeatable location The parking is perfect to leave your car and forget about it. Cleanliness is 10/10

Nice hotel with a few minor flaws My stay at the Hesperia was very pleasant overall. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always tried to fulfill all requests. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, but I would have liked a bit more variety. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city, with good public transport connections.

They should offer free parking for guests because I will not go back there because it is difficult to park in the area and the company does not pay for my parking.

It is hard to understand why they don't provide simple slippers for the guests. Otherwise, everything is fine.
