Ski in ski out. Have hourly shuttle to and from train station, but you need to find way to book, can be full. Can get very crowd for ski rental during peak.

Good location, near Echigo Yuzawa station. No hotel shuttle bus to the ski resort (GALA), which is a little bit disappointing, as we tried another hotel that offers a free pick-up/drop-off service. Food was normal, it didn't really suit my taste preferences though. I enjoyed that pork miso soup the most. The women's outdoor onsen was meh; it wasn't even warm and had dirt in it. Everyone there, including me, only spent a minute and came back lol Indoor one was fine. There was only one intern at the reception, and while he was helpful and nice (thank you), he wasn't very familiar with the hotel information and procedures. Perhaps it would be a good idea to assign a senior staff member to work alongside him and provide OTJ training, rather than relying solely on intern.

Japanese tatami, the room staff will come to make the bed at night, and the action is very fast. The room view is very good, and it is very convenient to go downstairs to ski. Please note that this ski resort is for double boards, and single board friends can choose other ski resorts. It is very suitable for bringing children. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is simple and convenient. You can also choose to eat in the town below. Remember to make an appointment in advance, whether it is dining or taking a taxi.

Friendly & Accommodating Staff. Welcome us from the JR train station and handled our luggage and send the luggage to the room direct. Very helpful as they helped us to liaise with Gala resort to get back our lost bag left in the free shuttle by calling and communicating from A to Z. Clean & Efficient. The Impeccable Service. Travelled here with 2 toddlers and the place is fantastic. We took the room with the open air bath for them to enjoy and it comes with our very own one backyard of snow! The kids were playing in the snow and jumping jn the Bathtub after. The hotsprings are fantastic , they have a huge variety and they switch the female and males after every few hours so you will enjoy diff type of hotsprings.. they even had a tea hotspring where they full up the tub with tea leaves. The amenities provided is great, you literally do not need to bring any of yours, everything is provided, even pajamas. The skii resorts are convenient to get too and when you reach echiga Station, you can ask the tourist centre to call the Hotel for a pick up

Hotel with hot spring and others facilities like swimming pool and gym room. Room are big enough for 3-4 persons. Location a bit far from town if with car no issue at all. Hotel do provide bus but time limited till 6pm. All staffs could not speak English so communication was an issue if you request something.

A short walk of about 10 mins from the train station. Hotel staff are very helpful and professional. The room is very spacious and clean. Onsen is great and so is the breakfast. There is also complimentary shuttle service to the train station every 20 mins. If you are here for winter activities, there is also a separate storage at the basement for your boots, snowboard etc so you keep your room clean.

Staff service is very good, very professional. Ski rentals are available at the hotel, which is cheaper than ski resorts and other ski resorts. Ski tickets at the hotel are also available at discounts. There is also a special car transfer, when you see everyone waiting for the bus in a long queue, your special car is already waiting for you at the door, when it snows, feel warm. It is only a 5-minute walk to Yuehou Tangyu Station and 7-11.

Stayed here after going to Tangze skiing, luckily booked a room with open-air hot springs, which was perfect and the breakfast was particularly exquisite and delicious. The hot springs in the room are really different, enjoy the trip, just in time for the hot springs, beautiful can not be described in words.
