酒店有點難找，打電話給酒店做指引，小哥態度非常不耐煩，要不是因為已經訂好了，真的很想換酒店，因為出行一定需要接駁，所以每次都需要找酒店接送，實在麻煩，優點在是房間很大，但早餐非常難吃，極其敷衍，去了告訴我們沒有粥了，給了粉，裏面又有頭髮，實在很難受，酒店因為在景區裏，本來圖看熊貓方便，但是因為服務問題，這個方便不如不圖了

離熊貓苑挺近，就是周邊春節期間周邊沒什麼可以吃的。民俗服務挺好，因為我們入住後小朋友想用浴缸泡澡，泡完發現水下不去，堵了，漏了好多水，跟管家聯繫，很快就來了，很快的處理了麻煩。

環境一般，衞生也很一般。娃身上起了紅疹子 也不知道被啥蟲子咬的。
外賣送過來不方便。
定位有誤，自駕過來幾乎找不到。
早餐太差勁了，稀粥加饅頭，而且饅頭還是冷的。
奉勸想看大熊貓的各位朋友，不要住這家酒店，寧肯住市區，太不方便了。

酒店就在景區內，環境優美，房間整潔舒服，設施齊備。房間外有院子，晚上觀星超棒的。距離熊貓苑入口600米距離，安排專車接送，服務周到。

為了看熊貓訂的這家民宿 位置非常好 就在景區裏 店家負責在門口免費接送 看熊貓的話非常方便 從民宿走過去最多10分鐘 很贊

民宿距離大熊貓苑五分鐘之內車程，可以不用早起😁！唯一美中不足的是空調基本沒效果，開了一晚上基本等於沒有！
