Made a spontaneous trip to wburg with friends and the first holiday inn we booked was filled w kids (legit like 50 in the lobby) and did not have any of the amenities advertised to us so we cancelled as soon as we got there. Started calling around and this one had one open room. We spoke with Jan who was immediately so helpful and we drove to this location. Jan went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. She gave us good recommendations on places to go to, made sure we had directions/safe ride there and home, and a button popped off my dress and she had a sewing kit ready to go for me (no joke!!). Honestly I was not expecting to have such a good stay but the staff here is incredible! The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, the bar has good drinks, but the staff made the trip so much better. If you’re going to Williamsburg for whatever reason just stay here and ask for Jan. Was not planning on visiting again for a while but we had so much fun at Busch gardens and such a nice stay here it’s worth another trip! Miles was also super friendly, and went out of his way for us during our stay. We did not want to leave!! 5/5 stars you will not regret staying here!

The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. Easy parking. The room type is ideal and very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need. The hotel breakfast is very good and the wireless network is unblocked. It would be perfect if the indoor air conditioning sound was smaller.
