This is a very quiet, neat and clean hotel with all service boxes covered. You get a lot for the little money you spend. On check in you receive a coffee voucher which I immediately spend in the Hotel coffee shop. When I checked out, and needed to wait for my transport to show up, I was offered another coffee from the hotel coffee shop. The coffee shop, which serves excellent coffee, also serves as breakfast restaurant. Good choice of food and again a clean and modern layout. (has an interesting space saving set-up of the tables.) The only thing, probably only noticeable by foreigners, is the height of the benches and couches in the hotel. It feels like sitting on the floor. (A bit too low for my taste)

Loved the lady that greets everyone with a big smile in the morning at the breakfast door. Can’t call this a gym, it doesn’t look like a picture and every equipment was old and broken. The room was clean and overall had a nice stay because of the room.

This hotel not good for business purposes this fun hotel , I dont want stay again this hotel I don’t like , hotel it’s ok clean and look good but I don’t like 2 floors ktv and spa little inconvenient for other…..

The front desk attendants are the best in Zhejiang ! Whatever happens you can rest assured they will find a solution for you. The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is massive, definitely would stay again. The coffee they offered at the cafe is proper! The only improvement point is the breakfast; the food is fine, but the arrangement, loud TV and the noodle guy should be changed. Still, a great option !
