APA Hotels in Yokohama

⭐︎Great location⭐︎ I was able to walk to almost all of my planned destinations The building is tall and visible from anywhere, which was great for me as I'm directionally challenged ⭐︎Thorough service⭐︎ You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out I was able to enter the QR code and receive it smoothly ⭐︎Clean rooms⭐︎ The room was well-cleaned (The tissue box was black, so there was a little dust) The smell of the room and linens wasn't that bad It was also nice that there was an air purifier I booked a ”non-view” room, but when I opened the curtains, the view was great It was also very convenient to have a convenience store on the 4th floor Overall, it felt like ”this is an APA Hotel, as expected”

禁煙ルームを予約したのですが、少しタバコ臭がありました。喘息を持っていて不安だったため、部屋を交換してもらいました。スタッフに伝えて、実際に部屋に臭いの確認をしにきてもらうまでも時間がかかり、あまり気持ちが良くありませんでした。この部屋は以前、喫煙部屋として販売していたフロアだそうですが、清掃のとき気付かなかったのかと疑問に思いました。 アクセスはしやすい場所にあります。
