Check in was fine (although more questions than usual) and everyone was kind. The room was extremely cold and the shower had barely any water coming out and only warm water came, not really warm water.

They accept foreigners but you'll go through the longest process of questioning which we experienced during 1 month of travel. The rest is good. Location is far from the train station but close to "the central area". Within 1km there's a hospital to do the test. We first got a 🚬 room (6f), but then changed for a non-smoking (7f) without problems.

必須要贊一下酒店的服務，上午9點多去辦入住，我自己説得都怯怯的，但是酒店愣是收拾出了兩間房給我們，但是智慧大床房和智慧雙床房比起來真心很小。早餐是7點開餐，不過那天早飯7點15還沒上齊，有待改進。

房間確實很乾凈，服務也好。

酒店地處銀川市市中心，距離步行街和鼓樓很近。在鼓樓周邊有很多老字號的飯館，遊覽吃飯都非常方便。房間寬敞明亮，沒施齊全。

非常非常非常糟糕的一晚入住體驗！當天酒店有好幾個會議接待，服務員對於滿客的接待能力非常差，如果無暇顧及就不要承接那麼多場！當天房間全滿房，根本無法換房，為了賺一晚房錢居然不留幾間備用房間，這根本不是一個合格星級酒店的作為，房間在酒店的附樓，裝修全是二十年以前的風格，也沒有好好維修，非常破敗。 打開房門就更無語了，招待所都不會那麼破舊，整個房間充斥着黴味灰塵味，地毯非常的臟，已經是陳年污漬扒地毯上了，衞生間地磚也很噁心，洗手枱是開裂的，櫃門搖搖欲墜，衞生間和房間就靠一塊浴簾擋開，床就這麼挨着廁所，浴簾甚至都遮不掩破舊的洗手池；已經洗抽絲的床單居然還用在客房床上真的讓人開眼，消毒也不到位，睡到半夜身上到處癢的不行。 最離譜的是房間屢次斷電！起初移動電卡還能恢復，到了晚上十分鐘斷一次，打電話給前台和客房部通通沒人值班接電話！本人親自找到房屋部才找到一位值班阿姨，電工修理的時候一副常態的樣子，既然房間電路有問題為何不及時修？為何要等到客人入住了大晚上突然斷電才來修理？還有晚上值班的人員跑哪去了？房間內斷電、服務電話無人應答，還得客人親自出房門找人，把人身安全置於何處？ 第二天直至退房前也沒有聽到任何歉意，真的非常垃圾，如果承接了會議無法接待旅遊散客的話就不要賺這份錢，既然接受了訂單，就請好好服務每一位旅客！當天真的住得非常生氣，要不是攜程客服一直在幫忙解決，真的沒法住下去！ 設施：垃圾！ 衞生：垃圾！ 環境：垃圾中的垃圾！ 服務：除了房務部聯繫電工的大姐，看不到任何服務質量！

酒店位置很棒，剛好在citywalk老城區一圈的中點，旁邊還有老字號迎賓樓餐館，智能房有做一些升級，房間在高樓層，比第二晚沒升級的房間真的好太多了，雖然房間很小，但設施擺放很緊湊，也能有一些活動空間，衞生很乾凈，似乎默認大床房就一個人入住，所有物品都是單份的，洗漱用品單份可以理解，但礦泉水實在沒必要也衹放一瓶吧，入住過無數酒店第一次遇到大床房就衹放一瓶礦泉水的，顯得扣扣搜搜，何況大夏天的也不夠喝。

性價比很高。設施比較陳舊一些，但是服務、衞生、地理位置非常完美。在老城區，附近很多老店，很有煙火氣，適合citywalk。
