Like the surrounding area. Many good restaurants nearby. Good location. Breakfast is delicious however few selections only. Overall very satisfied with the breakfast. Kids also enjoyed swimming at the outdoor swimming pool and also hot spring pool. Guests in Wellspring by Silks can also access to the Just Sleep’s facilities

It's a family hotel. Lots of people. In the mornings the restaurant is very crowded. Small hotspring pool and inside hotspring are nice. I had a room next to the parking lot. Not very inspiring.

It’s really good to bring a baby! The children's play area can make children have fun, because it is rare to see one that big. The hot spring water in the room is large enough, and the dinner is good, but the breakfast is much ordinary... I hope it will get better and better. The soup in Hikari is also excellent. The swimming pool is okay. I hope it can be warmer🤣

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa, where the accommodations and cuisine were exceptional. The location is near the train station, the rooms are well clean, the staff are warm and hospitable, and it is also commendable to see that it has many policies that support local agricultural products. The worst thing is that after getting out of the room Wi-Fi is not connected well in most of the hotel places.

To celebrate my family’s birthday, I took my family to stay in a better hotel. Our arrival time was around 14:00 in the afternoon, an hour earlier than the expected check-in time. But the hotel staff still helped us check in and informed us when we checked in. The pipeline for bathing and hot springs is being repaired and cleaned these days, so it is not possible to bathe in hot springs. We only know this now I didn’t know that when the service staff took us into the room, they found the bed in the room. I haven’t sorted it out yet. I feel embarrassed right now. Later, the service staff immediately explained it to us and apologized immediately. Then invite us to take a walk around the hotel and take a look. Let us know when the room is ready I think it's very good But it was not done until after 15:00. At that time, the hotel staff also told us Invite us to the hotel bar for some juice or coffee The number of results is unknown. The bar staff did not know the news. They only brought two glasses of water to us. My family and I were dumbfounded at that moment. My family also asked me if the service staff just said they would bring us coffee juice. Later I got up and asked the bartender, but he didn't know anything about it. Later I wanted to forget it, but the waiter said it didn’t matter. What do we want to drink? He bought us a drink and then my mom ordered a latte without ice. As a result, the waiter said that he had never used it without ice and he would try it... From the beginning to the end, I feel that the hotel service needs to be strengthened and the connection between employees and departments needs to be conveyed correctly. Of course we arrived early and we might be wrong, but didn’t we notice it when we checked in at the counter? Next, there was no notification to the bar staff that we needed to compensate us for coffee or juice due to some situation or problem within the hotel. Really do not recommend your hotel

Been here a few times . It’s always peaceful and the hot spring does have a hot sulphur smell unlike the other hot springs in Jiaoxi. Normally when we check in before we get offered lots of help and because we’re here with a baby they would ask if we need bathing stuff for babies as well as a bed mini protection gate/ wall which prevents the little one from falling off the bed. However , this time round we had to ask for these stuff ourselves for the first time! Also, we normally ask for an hour late check out because our toddler usually naps during that time where we would offer to pay for the over time . 3 times they had given us a free extra hour, but this time the woman refused and said I had to pay an extra half day board for an extra hour which is ridiculous. She said it was full, however when I checked availability online they had plenty of room so she was obviously lying. Shame , I used to like this place , now I would reconsider coming here again as the level of service has dropped and we were becoming regulars at one stage !

Evergreen Phoenix Hotel is an all-inclusive hotel. I took my family here to have a rest during the summer vacation. It lasted three days and two nights in total. In addition to taking a good soak in the hot springs in the room, the hotel also had other facilities such as swimming pool, spa, and afternoon tea, which made us completely relax. . The next day, they helped us tidy up the house, replaced all the supplies, and remade the bed very efficiently. This made the trip end very successfully.

平均一年會來1到2次的飯店，小孩的天堂，進來就不想離開。裡面的設施各自吸引不同年鈴層，家族旅遊也很適合帶爸媽跟小孩來放鬆。這次加錢入住芬朵奇堡樓層，覺得很多很棒的部分。 1. 我們選一大床房型，有浴缸可泡澡還可以邊泡澡邊看電視，因為有音源輸出到浴室。房內有帳篷，兩個小孩第一晚都睡帳篷，爸媽反而可以享受超大的一大床不用再被小孩踢被冷醒。 2.住兩晚都遇到下雨天，可以在自己房間樓層開電動車不用去8樓排隊玩公用電動車。推薦住9樓，遇到下雨天的時候8樓走道還可能會塞車。 3.從9樓到窩窩樂有樓梯可通到8樓，從8樓有樓梯可下到趣七樓，這些設施都在同一邊，可以不搭電梯省下往返走路的時間。 4.第二天待到1點整去趣七樓，已經有其他房客先到了，還好還有空位，因為在接下來十分鐘內即將就額滿了。手沖咖啡很香，配上現場提供的餅乾麵包，很享受，但如果沒有找到座位就無法品嚐手沖咖啡。第一天下午三點多來趣七樓簡直是災難，一堆人走來走去，還有人問沒座位可以站著吃嗎?就算坐著也無法很放鬆，因為旁邊會有人在等你的位置。 5.很感謝飯店在兩點半後就準備好房間可以領房卡了，領房卡時就已經看到有人在排隊要等劃位電影票。上到九樓就看到領車中心也在排隊了，結果一到九樓就是小孩先去排隊領車中心，因為小孩雖然才小學三年級，但也有點大了，怕沒有適合他的車。結果果然沒錯，選擇很少，最後還好有選到他能開的車，不然唯一只看到一台較大台的摩托車給更大的哥哥騎。希望能進一些合適的車給這些小學三年級以上的大孩子騎。 6.很喜歡的是退房後跟進房前都能使用6樓的設施，每次退房後我們都會去SPA活水區玩。櫃臺還有拖鞋可以借，也有提供大毛巾跟水，衣櫃內還有袋子讓你裝濕衣服。整個都很貼心。玩水後我都會讓小孩先梳洗，好了之後到櫃檯旁邊的積木區玩，我在慢慢收拾東西。 7.房間內的備品也都不馬虎，我最愛的歐舒丹備品跟牛仔包，每次來內容物會更換，完全不會膩。
