Yichang Hotels with Wi-Fi

I came to Yichang with my family and chose this hotel. The location is very good as mentioned in other reviews. The Yangtze River is in front of the hotel, and the green mountains and clear waters are beautiful. It is very comfortable to walk along the river. The room is spacious. When I first reported that there was a problem with the room, they immediately helped me change the room. The breakfast was also very rich. Tina, who checked us in and out at the front desk, provided very good service.

The room I booked was a little small. But after I checked in, it was great. Although it was old, the lobby manager Xiao Zhang upgraded it. There is a bathtub, which is very convenient for bathing children at night. It is very cost-effective in the city center. It is a good choice for going out.

Service of the Front desk reception was Very Unfriendly and unhelpful with ”I don't Care a Damn” attitude especially the evening staff who was more interested in playing on their phones rather than attending to me even after requesting them in Chinese. Even morning staff did not help when I asked them to help me to book a taxi as I was running short of time to catch my scheduled train. They asked me wait outside and find a taxi myself. Had to navigate myself. No breakfast available even though it was advertised that breakfast could be brought by paying the breakfast charge and No one to tell me the same. Location was Ok and not too far from the CBD or city centre. Right side of the corner had some amenities and stationary like pen, paper cup, hand wipes. Barring the service of the hotel staff, the price of the Room and hotel location were Ok.

The parent-child room was set. When I went there, the front desk lady at the hotel was very late and arranged it very well. Except for the old hotel, there was nothing dissatisfied. I didn’t have the habit of commenting. I didn’t plan to write anything until I got home. Opened the child's pen bag and took out the pen sent by the hotel. What is this? Is this a pen? A very sharp knife, I tried the wood very easy a deep scar, fortunately the child did not take it out for a few days, if it is counted for who? The hotel's purchase staff pay good attention to it. This is my first time staying at the Guobin Garden Hotel. The environment is beautiful and the service is enthusiastic. The front desk clerk Huang Hongyan enthusiastically and patiently helped to place online orders and check-in. The hotel is large in size, lined with green trees, and the rooms are warm and comfortable. I am very satisfied and worth coming again!

Even though Yichang is not very famous city in China, it has a lot to offer. Very long walking area next to Yangtze River, flavors food, cultural diversity are only some of the things you might be able to experience when coming here. However, that is not all. When we arrived to the hotel we were warmly greeted by Xue Liya who was kind enough to offer us an upgrade to a better room and free breakfast for two days. Check-in was fast and they didn’t even let us to carry our own luggage. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. We got a river view and a balcony to enjoy it. Any questions that we had or any help we needed, Alice would step in and be at our service. Breakfast was really good; combination of Chinese and western food at its best. Everyone would be able to find something he/she likes. The only regret I have is, not staying a bit longer. Everything else was extremely satisfying.

fabulous large room with a great view, very comfortable bed and pillows and exquisite bedding.  location. Excellent with local shops and restaurants and tube station three minutes walk away. wi-Fi was fast and consistent in the room, which I have found a problem at other Chinese hotels I am a solo traveller and the staff went out of their way to take care of me . They organised a superb driver for me to do some private tourist activities ( the waterfalls were out of this world and not so crowded, which I really appreciated). The bathroom is particularly nice with a really big shower and a bath tub plus lovely fluffy towels.  breakfasts were really good with a wide selection of healthy and also more typical offerings and unusual for China. 挺好的，這次大年初四從湖北恩施州來鳳縣返回十堰市，途徑宜昌時訂了這家親子酒店，一路上遇到堵車，晚上很晚才到酒店，這家酒店有幾個最大優點，點評一下： 1.床、被子、枕頭。都很舒服，枕頭比較軟，被子厚薄合適。晚上睡得很好，酒店周邊很安靜。 2.價格。這次訂了親子套房，本來價格不貴，加上我是鉑金會員，可以用積分當現金用，最後價格合下來才249元一晚，性價比超高了。 3.早餐。親子套房自帶2份早餐，小童加早餐25一人，早餐基本品種都有，春節期間外面幾乎沒有吃的，在酒店吃就很方便。 4.親子（房間）設施。馬桶帶有小童座椅，挺人性化。酒店送的親子洗漱用品也很不錯，都是小份便攜裝的。親子套房有一張1.8米、一張1米的床，我們家兩成人、兩小孩，就需要這種搭配，房間裏面還有小帳篷、小童玩偶、一個沙發，沙發我們晚上是放在床邊靠着的，怕孩子從床上掉下來，起到防護作用。房間內及酒店大廳還有免費零食，這也是之前網友評價過的。 5.停車。就在負一樓車庫，電梯直達房間，前台登記免停車費。 總之，這家酒店各方面都挺人性化的，性價比也很高，網上之前的評價是非常客觀的，值得推薦！

This is a hotel within another hotel.The name outside is 民生酒店，but once you go thru the revolving door you will find the front desk straight ahead with the correct name. For some reason the hotel is from the 11th-13th floors. For a fee there is a typical Chinese breakfast buffet on the 5th. floor. It is two blocks from Aqua Plaza which has pool tables, movie theaters, restaurants and clothing stores. There is a Lanzhou la mian across the street and two nearby parks. Bus 12 will take you to Yiling Square and the Children's Park. Bus B68 will take you to the East Train Station. Great price and a place to refill water bottles is in the lobby.

The hotel is located in the city center, and it is very convenient to travel. It is very close to the shopping mall and the snack street, and it can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Special thanks to the ladies at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, they are very enthusiastic and patiently answer any questions for me, making me feel at home! #种草#种草
