We were reluctant on coming to Arora after reading so many negative reviews and initially tried to change hotel, but all in all we’re glad we didn’t! Hotel is situated about 10 minutes outside kusadasi 8€ in a taxi into centrum of the Dolmus bus is 1€ The hotel itself was spotless rooms cleaned daily by very hard working ladies and very pleasant. Pool area continuously cleaned also. The pool is large but freezing! Small baby pool beside it and slide area with a pool. There is also a pool on the beach club however we didn’t use it. There was plenty of sun loungers every day at anytime so no rushing to get them. The rooms was small but we didn’t spend a lot of time in it, there was a bath and shower also in the room which was great with kids. The bar at the pool area was clean staff were friendly with minimal English, cocktail menus were great and we found the drink was nice. Food was your typical all inclusive but even for fussy eaters there was something for everyone kids never went hungry there was eggs for breakfast there was always chips chicken nuggets etc and a fabulous salad spread. Indoor pool was gorgeous and opened until 17.30 daily. I got a Turkish bath package for myself and my daughter when here and was really good value we also got blowdry treatments. Entertainment staff is the only thing that let the hotel down. There is a kids club in the corner of the pool it wasn’t opened at all there was no games or anything interactive for the kids at all no ice creams on all inclusive music been played around the pool was on/off and was local dance music.

I have a complaint about the service quality of Melis Hotel Kuşadası, where he stayed between 15 - 19 August 2022. My complaint to them. I am extremely complaining about the quality of the food at the hotel where we stayed as half board. Even if it is half board, the main course and soup menu are optional in the hotel culture. The quality was even lower than our workplace food. We had lentil soup for 2 days at the hotel where we stayed for 5 nights. On the last day, I asked for an alternative soup, stating that my son did not eat lentil soup, and when the husband said that they could not make it in the kitchen (which is 2.5 years old, my son does not eat the main meal except soup), we left without eating, voicing my complaint. I stayed at the same hotel last year and we did not have such problems. At the same time, foreign customers enter the pool with their inflatable bird versions, an adult man pulls the inflatable bird out of my son's hand. The hotel customer, who owns a flock of birds, was not warned and we could not use the hotel pool with my son because of the inflatable birds around the hotel pool. So I just got back home from one wonderful week in this hotel. I miss it so much. First the room was the best. It was right by the pool and it was large. The bathroom was separated and the only minus was that the shower cabin is a bit narrow. Every day the room was cleaned by the cleaner perfectly. The sea had a really good temperature. The beach isn’t big but it has a lot of sun beds. The pools were a bit colder than I expected but who uses pools when you have sea? Anyways, the water slides were great. The fitness was bad sorry. The sauna and the hamam were great. The food oh oh the food… it was PERFECT. It was diverse and tasty. People there were nice and friendly. There were so many cutee cats it was wonderful. The snack bar afternoon was good. And the drinks were perfect. Don’t forget to go to the la carte restaurant for free dinner. You have to make reservation before, it is soo good. The location is perfect. I will definitely go there again.
