The stay was just perfect. Everything was clean, the room was spacious, bed was super comfortable, the staff was amazing and helpful especially Bella Wang. I'm definitely coming back again.

I have always trusted and supported Ctrip recommendations. Yantai Fulitai Hotel is indeed cost-effective and the service is very considerate and thoughtful. First of all, I arrived late and had to take care of the elderly and children. The beauty at the front desk "Xiao Ai" thoughtfully upgraded the room so that the two rooms that I booked were close to each other. Secondly, the hotel room software and hardware were very good, the facilities were very new, and there was a big bathtub. My kids loved it. The room was very clean and there were fruits. The hotel was in a good location. It was close to Yantai Food Street, Yantai South Railway Station and Yangma Island, which made it easier to travel and save time. Finally, the concierge guy "Wang Guanjie" was really nice. I also have to give a 👍🏻 for helping the elderly with their luggage, accompanying them all the way to the room, introducing delicious food, and providing considerate service throughout the process. On the way back to catch the high-speed train, the concierge "Wang Xiaojun" specially sent the luggage to the other side of the road, which is really awesome. [powerful]. All in all, the experience is overwhelming. I will choose Fulitai [Rose] next time I come to Yantai.

Taking advantage of the May Day holiday to take the children out for a walk, at the request of my daughter, the hotel requires a bathtub and a tent. For a family with two children, the bed must be big enough. After choosing for a long time, I feel that only Fulitai International Hotel meets the requirements and the price is reasonable. We arrived at 10 o'clock on the day of check-in. I thought we would have to wait until 2 o'clock to check in, but I didn't expect Niu Xueping and Liu Yanhui at the front desk to check us in enthusiastically and upgrade us to a big-mouthed monkey theme room for free. As soon as we entered the guest room, Xiaoqing from the housekeeping department brought fruits and yogurt in time. Because there were more of us and the water consumption was relatively large, Xiaohong and Xiaona from the housekeeping department brought us mineral water and quilts, which was really meticulous care. Breakfast was what the two little ghosts looked forward to the most. I met the enthusiastic aunt Wang Li again, who kept helping the children get things and also took my favorite American for me. When the children were reluctant to check out, they said that they would stay in this hotel next time they come to Yantai. Just when they were about to leave, they received a gift from Uncle Li Xiaocheng. It was such a surprise. The children were very happy and said that they would give this hotel 120 points. After staying in so many hotels, this hotel really impressed us. This is a warm hotel with just the right service temperature. Thanks to Niu Xueqing, Liu Yanhui, Xiaoqing, Xiaohong, Xiaona, Wang Li, and Li Xiaocheng for bringing the children wonderful memories.

Very satisfactory stay experience, spacious and quiet room, rich breakfast variety. The bathroom shower head is small. After I reported it in the morning, they immediately came to repair and replace it. The efficiency is very high. I am very grateful to Wang Li from the catering department for giving me fruits and yogurt before leaving. I hope the hotel will get better and better in the future

I always stay here when I'm on a business trip. The service is very good. The breakfast is rich. This time I also added freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice (carrot, Korla pear, cucumber) which is delicious. The restaurant service is thoughtful, especially Ms. Wang Li in the restaurant. The warm and thoughtful service during my meal is great❤
