Bringing my elderly parents and child to Yangshuo this time, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is located right at the exit of the boat pier, making it incredibly convenient to get to West Street and Yulong River. This saved us a lot of hassle traveling with seniors and a child. What delighted my child the most was the Western restaurant on the fourth floor, which served all his favorite dishes – he was so happy with every meal. The highly-rated restaurant on the first floor also had amazing food, so we never had to worry about where to eat as a family. The hotel's service and facilities were very thoughtful: free parking, assistance with booking discounted tickets, and if you don't want to wash clothes, there are washing machines and dryers on the fifth floor. After a tiring day, you can even relax with a massage or spa on the first floor. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to families traveling with kids!

This is the most delightful hotel I've stayed at in Yangshuo! I booked for two nights and immediately extended for another. The location is absolutely prime, right in the heart of town. From the moment I walked in, I felt the staff's warmth and enthusiasm. We chose the tatami-style room, which my child absolutely loved. There's a dedicated butler service who proactively asks if you need your room cleaned and offers travel tips for the area every day. Plus, they have partnerships with local tour groups right at the entrance, offering better prices than what you'd find elsewhere. There's breakfast, a swimming pool, and even a restaurant with a scenic view upstairs. Highly, highly recommend!

This hotel was the most comfortable we stayed at during our self-drive trip to Yangshuo. Parking was convenient, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Xiao Chen from housekeeping for the enthusiastic room upgrade, and we even got a discount for extending our stay. The room itself was excellent. Facilities: Most amenities are complete. Children get their own toothbrushes and slippers, and there's a vanity mirror for adults. Cleanliness: The hygiene was good; even with a multi-night stay, the cleaning was thorough. Environment: We booked a balcony room with a mountain view. The street below isn't the main thoroughfare, so it's not noisy and quite peaceful. There's a convenient side exit that leads directly to West Street. You can also rent scooters right in front of the hotel. Service: Excellent! All the staff we encountered at breakfast and the front desk were very warm and helpful, always ready to answer our questions.

I have traveled to more than 30 countries over the past 12 years, and this is the first time I have truly felt that I could call a hotel ”home”—even though so many hotels try to create that feeling. We live in France and flew to China for vacation, hoping to experience both the peaceful natural wonders and the lively local culture of Yangshuo. This hotel’s location is perfect! It sits directly in front of the Li River with an unobstructed view, yet it is just a short walk to West Street and the harbor. We could easily switch between a peaceful, relaxing session overlooking the river and an energetic exploration of the local crowds. Taking a warm bath while gazing at the river and mist-shrouded mountains—all while enjoying local tea and sweets—was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is brand new, featuring excellent and spotless facilities, including a 24-hour free self-service laundry and a rooftop with stunning open views. The design beautifully blends modern style with local Chinese Zhuang culture. On top of that, the hotel offers free access to local ”Ta-Ying” activities, photo shoots in traditional minority costumes, and discounted tickets for popular local shows like Impression Liu Sanjie. Most importantly, the hospitality was extraordinary. The team treated us with immense care and kindness from the moment we arrived until well after we got back home to France! They used professional translation devices to ensure seamless communication. The hotel manager, Ms. Ni, along with front desk staff Ms. Deng and Ms. Li, not only responded attentively to every request throughout our stay, but also provided invaluable advice for exploring Yangshuo. We were even given a thoughtful gift set when checking out at 6:00 AM, followed by a warm message once we returned home. This level of hospitality truly deserves to be recognized and appreciated. I am deeply grateful for their professionalism and hard work, and I wish the entire team and the hotel all the best!

We had a lovely two-night stay at Xitang river hotel. The view from the hotel is really nice and great location beside the river and West street. Breakfast was good for a small boutique hotel. Reception was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We needed help to book the bamboo rafting experience and they advised on booking the Jima route via Wechat the night before. They let us use their hotel mobile number to complete the booking too (we didn't have a China mobile number). If I have to nitpick, the room we stayed at was quite small and shower wasn't the most clean on the first day we arrived. The corridor carpet is also due for a refresh soon.

Yangshuo has beautiful scenery. We rented an electric scooter from the hotel and rode around, which was lovely. The front desk staff were excellent; they didn't push any specific attractions but thoughtfully advised us on the best sections for a bamboo raft ride on the Yulong River. You can definitely ask them for recommendations. Highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly friendly and even set up a dedicated service group, making the check-in process very efficient. The hotel's location is super convenient, right above a night market, perfect for exploring and trying local food. The soundproofing is excellent; I didn't hear any noise day or night, which made for a very peaceful stay. The hotel is quite new, and the room, bedding, and facilities are all modern and well-maintained. The bed was large and very comfortable. Overall, everything was satisfactory, and it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it!

Transit hotel. We planned to take the kids to see the sunrise in the morning, and it turned out to be amazing! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the decor was also very stylish. The kids slept soundly. The staff were warm and attentive. West Street in Yangshuo is right downstairs. Parking is a bit of a walk, but a staff member came to pick up our luggage. Overall, it was a great stay!

This is my second time staying at Orange Hotel Yangshuo West Street! It's conveniently located in the West Street commercial area, making it super easy to get around. The hygiene is top-notch, so I felt very comfortable staying there. The staff are friendly and made me feel right at home. The breakfast is thoughtfully prepared, a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and tastes delicious. Excellent value for money, definitely a worthwhile trip!
