This hotel's design truly prioritizes guest comfort, with thoughtful, customer-centric service details evident everywhere – which is fantastic. For example, there's a spacious independent drying area, plus a shoe washer and dryer. When my child's shoes got dirty, the staff kindly helped wash, dry, and hang them, so they were ready to wear when we returned from our outing. The hotel's location is also great; it's not far from West Street by foot, but it's still quiet. It's best to pre-book taxis as it can get quite congested during peak hours. The rooftop offers a very pleasant view, and the Pushi restaurant downstairs has a good variety of dishes and quality food. Overall, it's definitely worth another visit!

1. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the river, but privacy can be a bit of an issue at night as the panoramic elevator allows people to see directly into the room. During the day, though, the glass reflection mostly prevents this. 2. The breakfast leaned more towards Western options and was sufficient. There were so many foreigners during breakfast that I almost felt like I was abroad. 3. The downstairs pool is fantastic. It's shaded in the afternoon, making it very comfortable for swimming, though I couldn't use it because of a leg injury. 4. Having a dedicated parking lot on the ground floor by the river is extremely convenient. 5. One minor criticism: many of the electrical outlets in the room weren't working properly.

The hotel is right by the road, and the shuttle from the ferry terminal passes right in front of it. You have to leave the bathroom door open because it's too cramped, and the shower door was also faulty. This room was a single extension on the rooftop and was incredibly, incredibly, incredibly hot. It took an extremely long time to cool down even a little, and the two wall-mounted AC units weren't very effective. When I asked the front desk, they said that's just how the weather is now and their homes are the same. The room was incredibly noisy at night! It was noisy until late into the night, and then it got very, very, very noisy again early in the morning, making it feel like cars were driving right onto the bed! I originally planned to stay for three days, but at around 11 AM, I decisively checked out of the room for the remaining two days and found another place, because after 12 PM, I wouldn't have been able to cancel! I had also booked another room with a view, and everything else there was fine, except for the incredibly, incredibly noisy AC outdoor unit!!!! My friend said it felt like all the building's outdoor units were placed in their room…

Our room directly overlooked the Li River, offering fantastic views. The facilities were upscale and clean, which I really appreciated. The space-themed decor was a delightful surprise and made us happy, especially the kids who absolutely loved it. The laundry room had plenty of well-maintained washing machines and dryers. It's just a 10-minute walk to West Street, and they even gave us a discount card for Master Fu's Beer Fish. Parking was convenient too. Overall, a great experience!

Service: The service was excellent, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Even before check-in, they proactively contacted me to provide parking instructions. After I left, they even followed up with a safety check-in. Environment: The location on West Street is very convenient, and the decor is fantastic. Facilities: They have a thoughtful children's ball pit, a kids' pool, and a rooftop observation deck.

This hotel just recently opened, so all the facilities are brand new and modern. Everything is smart, from the key card system for the doors to the smart toilet. The service is proactive and enthusiastic, and the front desk staff are incredibly thoughtful – they even offered water during both check-in and check-out. Jiaxi, in particular, provided excellent service. The breakfast was good too. The location is perfect, right next to West Street; you can just use your key card to access it directly from the back entrance for dining and shopping.

The room is new, very clean, and exactly as pictured. The hostess is warm and welcoming. On the last day, I finally got to try the Guilin rice noodles made by the hostess, and they were especially delicious. It's a shame that for the first two days, I was out and about, eating before returning to the hotel. Next time I go to Yangshuo, I'll definitely book here again. The facilities inside are excellent and it's super clean.

Couldn't give it a perfect score, but overall it was decent. **Location:** It's on a back street, very close to the Guilin Yangshuo bus stop/gas station, about a 5-minute walk. It's really quiet during summer and winter breaks (kindergarten is off). Picture six shows the rooftop view – the terrace is huge and the view is pretty good. **Facilities:** Although it's branded as a new hotel, it's actually a second-hand place that's been slightly renovated. The bedside tables clearly look used. The shower area has no door or curtain; you have to use the bathroom door to block it off. However, the glass has a frosted film, so privacy is good.😌 **Cleanliness:** Generally speaking, it was quite clean. The public areas were spotless with no overlooked spots.👌 **Service:** The day shift service was good.😌 The two young guys on the night shift seemed to be just messing around.😄😂 Important notice, I'll say it three times… ⚠️⚠️⚠️ If you're unsure about your plans, I recommend not booking this place. They explicitly state no cancellations, and while you can negotiate, it's more cumbersome than canceling within the allotted time. ✅ The shampoo and body wash were good, and the room even came with laundry detergent, which was a nice touch.😌

I've stayed here multiple times now. The rooms are always clean, tidy, and odor-free, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and all the facilities and equipment are complete and in good working order. The natural light and ventilation are excellent. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out efficient and fast. The entire process is thoughtful and hassle-free. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the surrounding amenities are also excellent, with plenty of breakfast spots and beer fish restaurants all along the street. What I particularly love is the very reasonable price. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

This is the most delightful hotel I've stayed at in Yangshuo! I booked for two nights and immediately extended for another. The location is absolutely prime, right in the heart of town. From the moment I walked in, I felt the staff's warmth and enthusiasm. We chose the tatami-style room, which my child absolutely loved. There's a dedicated butler service who proactively asks if you need your room cleaned and offers travel tips for the area every day. Plus, they have partnerships with local tour groups right at the entrance, offering better prices than what you'd find elsewhere. There's breakfast, a swimming pool, and even a restaurant with a scenic view upstairs. Highly, highly recommend!
