Hotels in West Street Periphery-Shenshan Road, Yangshuo

Facilities were decent, though parking required a bit of a walk. Cleanliness was alright, apart from some old, ingrained stains on the carpet that seemed to have been overlooked. The overall environment was quite pleasant. Service was acceptable, but lacked warmth and could definitely use improvement. The location was very convenient, being close to West Street.

The front desk staffs/owner are very friendly and helpful! The hotel is a little off West Street, but manageable distance. The highlight of this hotel is the rooftop, it has a beautiful view. We also like it for a fact that there are many stalls nearby selling fresh fruits. All and all, we had a good stay.

I've stayed here before and have had a wonderful time and the services were great and the place was clean. But that was over a year ago and they weren't as busy then. This time around, service was slow, the cleanliness of the place had diminished, and the tourist guide of the hotel could have been more helpful. The stay was just ok.

The hotel is in good health, the room is clean and tidy, and secondly, the view is superb. Whether it is watching the scenery during the day or watching the stars at night, it is very pleasant. And the environment is very quiet, will not be disturbed at all, it is too important to have a good night's sleep. The most plus point is the aunt in the hotel. The people are really nice, warm and caring. They will take the initiative to help solve various small problems. They are as kind as family members, and make the whole accommodation experience warm a lot.

We stayed 2 nights here and stay was very comfortable without any issues. Some staff at reception can speak english , even if others cant speak well they would try their best to help by translation. Sightseeing activities etc can be booked easily through reception staff. We dont see any negatives and worth the price ( though our visit is Jan 1st weak which is low tourist season) Best part - you can easily/quickly hire a bike from here as well!

Perfect location to stay in Yangshuo.You can just get to any attractions with cheap transportation. Beautiful view from the balcony facing famous West street pedestrian mall. Room has been updated ,Bed is so comfortable and room is bright and clean.Top hospitality. I would love to stay here again when I visit Guilin next time.

The hotel is super good and super comfortable. The children don’t want to go out to play in the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. I am afraid of mosquitoes. Because in the mountains, the boss has done a good job of deworming, and there are no mosquitoes in the room. The outdoor soup pool is super comfortable. Summer is suitable for soaking in the water. Because the room is a glass room, I can still lie on the bed and watch the doll play outside. It is not too cool to watch the baby with my mobile phone. There is also a campground in the evening for you to eat supper ～ The price is right, it is really fragrant, a super satisfying stay experience 😄

Service: Checked in during the off-season, the store upgraded the room type, and the customer service WeChat gave a lot of travel suggestions. The service was excellent. Facilities: The public area was very comfortable, but every sofa in the suite I stayed in was very dirty and even damaged, so the sofa was basically not sat on, and the faucet was loose and leaking. Environment: The location is very good, there are many places to eat around, and it is 500-800 meters walk from West Street. You don’t have to live too close to West Street to find some authentic food. Overall: It is worth experiencing, but the hygiene situation makes me not come again. If the hotel is renovated in the future, I will highly recommend it.

There are also complete facilities in the room, shower gel shampoo and other things are sealed, and the aromatherapy will be opened in advance. It is very comfortable as soon as you enter the room, and the toilet is also smart! ! And the breakfast is delicious! ! I won’t say much about Guilin rice noodles, it must be eaten! The children are also very happy to eat. The homestay can also book lunch and dinner, book in advance, buy materials and cook them now, which is quite fresh. For other things, such as going to the back mountain to climb the mountain and watch the sunrise, the butler will arrange reminders in advance, and the service is quite considerate~ (It’s a pity that I couldn’t get up and didn’t see the sunrise🌅)
