This time I took my parents to Jianhu to visit relatives. I booked 2 rooms at the Ji Hotel. The transportation is convenient. The staff at the front desk were very enthusiastic from the moment I checked in, and they were still very welcoming until I checked out. The breakfast staff was also very good and the variety was great. The food is rich and delicious, the guest rooms are brand new, and the environment is very good. The whole family is very satisfied with their stay. I forgot something when I left the hotel. The lady at the hotel front desk even contacted me and sent it back to me. The hotel should give her an outstanding employee award. Next time I come to Jianhu, I’ll stay at the All Seasons Hotel!

Let me say it first, the location is in the city center, the surrounding business is bustling, and the downstairs is the famous morning tea shop Huaiyang Building. Take the initiative to hand water when you check in. The room is large in size and the laundry room has three washing machines and one dryer. Besides, it is not good to make a room card. The elevator has to swipe the card to enter and exit the underground garage restaurant laundry room. It is very inconvenient. Probably full of rooms. When taking a bath at night, the faucet is either without water, or the water flow is very small and the faucet is not hot water when it hits the cold water stall. Less than 8 o'clock in the morning, several workers have been clinging to the window glass facade construction, both horrible noise and great, it is too outrageous.

前台服務熱情，房間乾淨舒適，隔音好，安靜寬敞，早餐豐盛品種多，酒店還配備洗衣房和健身房很方便，一樓大廳有現磨咖啡，挺好的，周邊吃飯也很方便，停車場也很大，酒店真的挺好的，以後到響水出差還是首選全季。

首先想像張姓經理表示感謝。我從未見過一位前台經理的專業程度能如這位經理這般。對於客户的共情能力和需求滿足，在我住過幾百次的全季裏，我覺得鹽城行政中心解放南路店的張經理，可以排最高。 1.check in 感受：張經理詢問了我住宿情況，就提出免費為我升級房型。由於我急着去景點，張經理和值班的小妹妹非常迅速的幫我辦理了寄放，並提醒貴重物品隨身攜帶。在這個過程中，我一直找不到身份證，張經理和值班小妹妹一直安慰，沒事兒慢慢找，越急越亂。 2. 專業素養：我在當晚來來回回上下樓三四次，並且最後一次下樓在門口等人等了一個小時。在所有我能看到工作人員的時候，兩位都保持着好的儀態站着。對於職業的信念可見一斑。 3.反饋追蹤當晚十一點多張經理下班，第二天我們毫不猶豫續住，並且在白天看到張經理時，他也在詢問我們入住感受有什麼需要幫忙的。 4. 謙遜：當晚我在感受到非常美好的體驗時，主動提出了我會寫好評，張姓經理非常靦腆，説這是我們應該做的。 房間體驗和大部分全季一樣。傢俱可能有的地方有點落灰，是靠馬路的房間可以理解。 全季的浴室熱水一直讓我很迷，熱水大小不可以調節，並且一定是水龍頭從冷水到熱水，關水也是從熱水到冷水很難避免被冷水沖到。 華住小音箱可以智能開關窗簾和燈。 連保潔阿姨都有很強的使命感，遇見我們會主動問好。 唯一問題，房間有點抹布悶悶的味道。
