Good!!!

We stayed at the renovated rooms. It’s clean and fully equipped. Was a very good stay. Lady from front desk was very kind and helpful during checkin too. Hotel parking is 1000yen from checkin till 3pm the next day, basically 24hrs since checkin is at 3pm too, and you can head out and come back to re-park again with no additional fees. Room had a nice view, full horizontal wall to wall width kind of big windows. There were also several pilots who checked in, it seems to be a hotel that airlines use. Breakfast was a takeaway bag of 2 bread+1 pastry that you can heat up at the lobby lounge. All 3 bread/pastry were tasty. Lounge had drinks for guests too. We really enjoyed the stay, it is near to the famous unagi restaurant that locals frequent, right there at the river boat trip, has nice yakiniku near by too. Glad we didnt give it up based on reviews below. Our experience is quite different, and the hotel deserves its praise.

Recommend. Small room, but convenient. Staff very kind and helpful too. Parking is 100m away at overnight parking lot. Free 24hour coffee, tea and sodas. Sparkling wine in the evening.

So good for travel

The location is near the boat trip and train station, easy to go! The room is clean and small.

Value for money & highly recommended to stay for easy access & convenience to shops & restaurants in the vicinity.

It's a three-minute walk from the station. There's champagne for free at night. It's great. The room is very clean. The service of the counter staff is very good and makes people feel very friendly. A great stay experience

The location is super convenient. After taking the elevator up and down, you can reach the ground and push the suitcase for about 5 minutes to reach the hotel. The hotel is near the Yanagawa boat sightseeing station, which is convenient for buying Yanagawa sightseeing boat tickets.

The family room is nice, with three beds. There is a bathtub in the room. Toiletries can be taken on demand. The only thing that needs to be improved is the breakfast, I hope there will be fruit. I may choose it again next time if I have the chance.

The hotel is located right next to the cruise ship pier.

I stayed here for one night to go river rafting in Yanagawa and see the Nakayama Fuji. It was about a 10-minute walk from the station. I'd like to use this hotel again when I come to Yanagawa.

It's cheap, convenient and close to the station. The room is so big that it's almost filled with beds, but I thought it was a good enough hotel for just a night's stay.

There are only two machines in the laundry area on the seventh floor, so there is quite a long wait. Other than that, it is a nice hotel, and the all-you-can-drink coffee is great.
