Hotel New Gaea Yanagawa Reviews

We stayed at the renovated rooms. It’s clean and fully equipped. Was a very good stay. Lady from front desk was very kind and helpful during checkin too. Hotel parking is 1000yen from checkin till 3pm the next day, basically 24hrs since checkin is at 3pm too, and you can head out and come back to re-park again with no additional fees. Room had a nice view, full horizontal wall to wall width kind of big windows. There were also several pilots who checked in, it seems to be a hotel that airlines use. Breakfast was a takeaway bag of 2 bread+1 pastry that you can heat up at the lobby lounge. All 3 bread/pastry were tasty. Lounge had drinks for guests too. We really enjoyed the stay, it is near to the famous unagi restaurant that locals frequent, right there at the river boat trip, has nice yakiniku near by too. Glad we didnt give it up based on reviews below. Our experience is quite different, and the hotel deserves its praise.

Recommend. Small room, but convenient. Staff very kind and helpful too. Parking is 100m away at overnight parking lot. Free 24hour coffee, tea and sodas. Sparkling wine in the evening.

So good for travel

The location is near the boat trip and train station, easy to go! The room is clean and small.

Value for money & highly recommended to stay for easy access & convenience to shops & restaurants in the vicinity.

Near many restaurants/ train station Room is a bit bigger than usual.

There are only two machines in the laundry area on the seventh floor, so there is quite a long wait. Other than that, it is a nice hotel, and the all-you-can-drink coffee is great.

It’s particularly nice to stay in Yanagawa because this hotel is right next to the boat boarding point on the canal, so it’s very convenient to buy tickets and get on the boat to start the two-hour tour. The transportation is convenient. The hotel is also very close to the train station. You can walk there. Maybe 200 meters.

It is 200 meters away from Yanagawa Station. It is more convenient to travel and can go directly to Fukuoka Tenjin and Kumamoto~~~ There is a large supermarket next to it for shopping and a sushi restaurant, which is more convenient~~~

Self-driving tour, so the location is okay. There is a public parking lot on the back street of the hotel. The room is small, but the place is clean! Opposite is the Yanagawa river cruise area, which is very convenient!

The hotel was clean and nice. ^^ Above all, it was nice that it was close to the boat playground and close to the train station. The counter staff is also friendly. I had a great time leaving behind many good memories.

The room itself is not large, but it is a newly renovated and clean hotel. This time I stayed without meals, but the facilities were sufficient.

The overall feeling is good. The hotel is very close to the cemetery of Mr. Zhu Shunshui's students, very close to West Railway Liuzhou, and also very close to a large supermarket.
