It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves can park the car to the seventh floor, because every time they leave the car, they start from the seventh floor. We have to drive out one day, and only wait for two times on the sixth floor before entering the elevator. And when you go out from the parking lot, you need to reverse the car a few times and park the car in the right place to just target the elevator door.  We set a big boudoir, two adults with two children, the bedding on the bed is not enough to call the front desk directly, and the waiter soon sent a quilt and pillow, we set it ourselves. The living room is large, but the carpet is not very clean. It is recommended that the hotel remove the carpet and replace it with wooden floors, which will look cleaner.

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

Yan'an Hotel hardware is very good, the corridor is wide, the room is large, the twin beds are 1.5 meters, with the children is to go to this big bed, breakfast is OK. But the management of the hotel is too bad. The carpets in the corridors and rooms are all piece by piece. The maps seem to have not been cleaned. At 11 o'clock in the evening, the room did not change the sheets. The sheets under the quilt touched a small particle on the bed. I don't know what. There was no toilet paper washed away in the bathroom. The night shift waiter service was very good. I cleaned the sheets overnight and changed the sheets. The next day I went to the front desk to reflect that the front desk didn't seem to be concerned. The five diamonds showed felt like the guest house in the past.
