The front desk was relatively small and the room was a bit stuffy. , the family suite I stayed in had two Kang beds, which was different from the promotional pictures. The bathroom was too small and inconvenient for four people. It was better to live in a twin room and sleep with the window open at night. I caught a cold when I put my head against the window. However, the hotel environment is good. Qingliang Mountain is opposite and the night view is beautiful. Get up early in the morning and climb Pagoda Mountain to enjoy the beautiful scenery with fewer people.

After placing the order, I received a call from the hotel and upgraded us to Jin Yan'an Danyun for free. It was a bit awkward at the time. But when we checked in, it was really beyond my imagination. We arranged a room with a small yard. The two floors are split. The children like it very much. The room is clean and hygienic. There are slippers for children. The washing supplies are the characteristics of Yan'an cultural and creative supplies; Besides the service, the young lady at the front desk wants to give you three big praises 👍👍👍 On the day of our stay, because the scenic spot has a temporary reception for foreign guests, and the South Street is temporarily closed. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were so loving and warm, making the fatigue of our trip disappear. The room we stayed in was a suite. It was clean and quiet, and the surrounding environment was elegant. At this price, it was very cost-effective. 酒店在金延安，是距離延安市區的寶塔山景區大約10公里. 酒店的免費地下車庫車位足夠多，有車庫專用電梯到大堂的隔壁，還是挺方便的。酒店的建築格局與設施，比我想象的好很多，客房裡麪的設計是窯洞式的感覺，我們倆都挺喜歡的。金延安在延安市當地來説，就是個吃喝玩樂加拍照的網紅打卡地，停好車後就可以逛吃逛吃一整天，不過個人還是比較喜歡太陽西斜至華燈初上的時候去，慢慢亮燈的感覺很好，感覺整個區域都變漂亮了。關於酒店，有兩點意見，希望能夠做出改進。第一就是衞生間淋浴房區域沒有毛巾架，浴巾是放在衞生間坐便器上方，與淋浴區中間還隔着兩個洗臉盆的位置，使用不是很方便。第二點要吐槽的就是早餐，我們入住的時候服務生沒有介紹，第二天早上打電話問了才知道，原來早餐要去別的地方也就是老闆開的另外一家民宿的地下去用餐，服務生態度很好，到路邊轉彎處來接我們，謝謝！早餐的食物品種很少，僅有的幾張桌子坐滿了客人，想問問服務生我們可以坐哪兒的時候，發現整個餐廳沒有服務員，衹有一個在廚房裡的中年男人，我們説的普通話他聽不懂，還是邊上在用餐的客人幫我們翻譯的，他哼哧哼哧了半天也沒有回答我們的問題。我們衹好在隔着大玻璃貌似會議室的大桌子邊上坐下，隨便吃了點就離開了，離開的時候看到廚房的這個人在裏面抽煙玩手機，很不理解現在都什麼年代了，公共區域還能抽煙，特別是廚房。我們立即決定第二天酒店提供的免費早餐不吃了，去外面找了一家餛飩店吃第二天的早餐。

In fact, it was not very hot that night, but there was no window screen in the bed room. I was afraid of mosquito bites. I couldn't open the window. The room was very stuffy. After I took a shower, I didn't have a cold wind, so I contacted the front desk. They said to help me deal with it. As a result, there was no sound. I probably passed 10 minutes and called again. I was told that the air conditioner tripped and restarted. It took 20 minutes. There is still no cold wind after 20 minutes. I contacted the front desk again. The front desk said that the master had just repaired it. There must be cold wind after 20 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, there is still no cold wind. Contact the front desk. Finally, someone came to the house to see the air conditioner. Debug, waited for 10 minutes, no cold wind! I went to the front desk, and at my repeated requests, opened another room to see if there was cold wind. As a result, 20 minutes later, there was no cold wind in the 2 rooms. Packing up things, checking out, leaving, rebooking the hotel. It took almost 2 hours inside and outside. There was a male staff member in the middle. I don’t know if it was the air conditioner master or the boss. The temper was called a “hard air”. Tell me that this is not the air conditioner at home. There is cold air when it is activated. This takes 1 and a half hours to have cold air! Then ask, why people do not speak bluntly at the beginning, why let me wait 20 minutes, waiting countless 20 minutes! Throughout the process of handling, the staff were very passive, I was looking for them throughout the process, and the staff were not actively dealing with the problem at all. This thing is to save electricity, feel not hot, the homestay turned off the air conditioner by itself. In the end, I will not refund my room fee. (Praise Trip.com , help me bear the decadence) It's really rubbish, and the good impressions of the Yan'an people have been tarnished by you.

I didn't expect Yan'an to have such a fun place, and the overall environment is very good. The homestay we stayed in was at the South Street Qianshi Homestay in Jinyan'an. When I first arrived, the gate was a small yard. The front desk was on the left hand side. Because my husband and I came out with a lot of things. I was pregnant. The housekeeper Song Yu was very enthusiastic. Helped us take the luggage to the room. During the chat, we introduced us to Jin Yan'an's architectural concept. I accidentally broke my feet when I was playing. I went to the tourist service center of the block. There was a young lady named Yang Fang. I was very enthusiastic to give me an ice bag and ice. It feels very warm. I will bring my parents to play for a few more days when I have enough time.

Inside the scenic area, it is very lively at night, the room is very quiet and clean! Suitable for taking photos and checking in! The breakfast is also rich.
