Arrived at night, so it was a little challenging to find the location even with Google maps. Transportation did not seem convenient but we had a rental car (which I think was necessary) so we could move around the sights. The hotel manager was super polite and helpful. Kept the place very clean and tidy. Very well organised. Be also served a a packet breakfast everyday at the dining area. The bathroom was a shared japanese style bath but it was private if you locked it when in use. Overall, it was a great stay

Very comfortable and spacious place. Recommend. The landlord is friendly. He showed the flexibility and delivered my breakfast in advance in the night, which enabled me to depart to the Fuji mountain for a long distance and time consuming trail early in the next morning.

Big spacious room with a mix of western bed and another area of ryokan style tatami mats. Love the coffee and breakfast. There is an onsen which guests could reserve for an hour.

There is no bathroom in the accommodation room, which I didn't notice when I booked the room. Fortunately, we arrived early and reserved a public bath. It was quite nice to watch a projected movie in the living room after taking a bath in the evening. One set lasted two hours, and we went back to the room to sleep after watching it. The room was quite big, with a forest outside, so it was very relaxing and quiet.

The hotel is amazing, it is beyond my imagination. I had high expectations for the hotel before I went there, but I didn't expect there would be more surprises after I arrived. I can choose the time period to enjoy the bathroom and the super large audio-visual room alone. The room is also super large and super comfortable. The boss and the staff are very good, the service is very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. I bought a few postcards and some hand-brewed coffee in the store, which are very worthwhile Mount Fuji souvenirs. Next time I plan to stay in Yamanakako for a few days, I will still choose this hotel. It is really very good!

We drove there and it was very convenient to find. The environment was great and the heating was sufficient! The room had floor heating! Everything was planned very reasonably! There was a hot spring that needed to be booked and a hot spring that could be used at any time. They were both very comfortable, and there was a place to wash and dry clothes! The public area was also great. There was a room where you could watch movies, and the breakfast was great! Self-driving is highly recommended!

The atmosphere was good.

The location must be reached by car. It is an older hotel. Because it is located in a mountainous area, it is prone to insects, but the space is generally clean. The breakfast is good, filling and tasty. Microwave ovens, ovens, water dispensers and other facilities are provided for travelers to use.
