Family-friendly Hotels in Xining

We were impressed by the front desk staff n grateful for Celine the manager. She helped us to get transport to go to Qinghai lake. She was able to speak English and make communication easier for us. We had a wonderful and memorable time in Xining. We hope to come back again.

Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!

The hotel is very good and worthy of being under the Blue Ocean Group. Every service staff is very polite, especially Chen at the front desk. Because I placed the order too quickly, I forgot to order breakfast. Chen helped me find a way and sent me a breakfast. It is almost the peak season now, and the hotel is also taking over group tours; but I think their service attitude is very good and impartial, whether it is for individual travelers or groups, which is very good. No matter if there are guests who need to ask questions, they don't look impatient at all. This is really [strong][strong][strong], I will stay there again next time I have the chance.

The time I spent at Wanda Hotel was as beautiful as a dream trip. When I stepped into the hotel, the magnificent lobby instantly amazed me. The housekeeper Yingzi's service was particularly good, and she greeted me with a smile. Manager Liu upgraded the room, which was great! When handing over the luggage, they were gentle and meticulous, which made me feel at home. The room was fully equipped, and the bed was soft and comfortable, holding me like a cloud, and I had a good night's sleep. In the morning, a hearty breakfast started a full day of energy, and the combination of Chinese and Western food satisfied the taste buds. The service staff shuttled between them, efficient and considerate. At Wanda Hotel, every moment is as comfortable as at home. I sincerely recommend it to every friend who travels, so that your journey can also have the warmth of home.

The bathroom is really great, it feels like it has been refurbished. The decoration and furniture are a bit outdated, especially the sofa which is a bit off. In addition, the reception hall is a bit dark, and there are only 1 to 2 service staff. But considering the price-performance ratio, it is quite good. If you want to make big money, you can change the lobby first.

The apartment is managed by Xinhualian Sofitel; the decoration grade, service level and hardware facilities are no lower than the Sofitel hotel in the same building. Compared with hotel rooms, apartments have a more homely feel and are suitable for family travel. For business travelers who stay in hotels for a long time, you can also try here for a change of taste. Personally, it feels more cozy than a hotel room. The hotel's breakfast is rich and carefully prepared with some local specialties, which are worth trying. Downstairs of the hotel is the busiest Wanda business district. You can basically find all the delicious and fun things in Xining nearby.

Very good and modern hotel in terms of the quality of the rooms, cleanliness and confort. The only negative points were a bit of sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hight pitch noise from the 'oxygen regulating system' that wouldn't stop even if we paused the system (no way to turn it off). By the way what is this system for? We travelled much higher than Xining and never saw this !? Anyway, bring earplugs.

I recently stayed at Xining Hot Spring Holiday Hotel and I was very satisfied with my stay. I especially want to write a good review for this hotel. First of all, the hotel's front desk staff was very considerate and gave me a free room upgrade and breakfast. Throughout our stay, the staff maintained a smiling and friendly attitude, always attentive to every guest's needs, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. Secondly, the hotel's facilities are very complete. The bed in the room was comfortable and soft, giving me a good night's sleep. The shower in the bathroom has strong water flow, making bathing more comfortable. The hotel also provides high-speed and stable wireless network, allowing me to stay in touch with friends and family anytime and anywhere. The hotel's food and beverages are of excellent quality. Breakfast provides a variety of choices, whether it is Chinese or Western dishes, to meet the taste needs of different guests. All in all, it is a hotel worth recommending.

It was good at the location as I wanted but when requested for the drinking water on the second day they asked for the payment.

The room is clean and quiet, and the room is warm. The breakfast variety is not too much, but the nutrition is enough. The most worth mentioning is that it is very close to the train station, only 10 minutes walk.
