The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!

The girl who checked us in was a godsend. We arrived on a particularly freezing evening! She took the initiative to upgrade us to a room facing the inner courtyard as it was warmer. The location is perfect, right next to the railway station with a few restaurants next door for dinner. Take a short stroll across the river and it's the herb wholesale market with plenty of breakfast options around. It's a bit dated but it's good for transit. The spectacled girl at reception in the morning was horrible though. Bad attitude!

A great stay in Xining's old classic hotel, upgraded from a comfortable king-size bed room on the lower floor to a new room facing south and filled with sunlight. The upgraded rooms in the hotel are still very comfortable and warm, with humidifiers and three-separated bathtub, basin, toilet and shower facilities. The breakfast was very comprehensive and of good quality. It is the local leading hotel with high-quality service. The service is also very thoughtful and well-trained👍

Who knows the family? 😍😍😍 The hotel I stayed in this trip was too surprising! The surrounding area is full of food, drink and fun, and travel is super convenient. When checking in at the front desk, the staff was warm and thoughtful, and the goodwill was directly full of 👍👍👍 The room was decorated elegantly and the living was very comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety and opens a full day. The separate laundry room is clean and tidy, which solves the big problem of laundry on the journey. When I leave the store, I see a lot of luggage and help drag my luggage to the car. The whole experience of staying in the store is impeccable. I will stay here next time. I recommend it to everyone 😆😆😆

This is a very nice hotel. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and it is clean, allowing me to have a good sleep. The front desk clerk Shirley's service is very good, thumbs up 👍, it makes you feel warm. The various leisure and fitness facilities in the hotel made me feel more relaxed.

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

I booked for 2 consecutive nights and must be praised. If there are shortcomings, this hotel takes 7 8 minutes to walk out of the bus stop. The shower with the overhead shower has no independent shower, which is a bit inconvenient.

A hotel in Allengar Garden gave me a good experience. As soon as I entered the lobby, the staff sent a bottle of warm water to my hand. Jingtian pure water is free, this is the second hotel I have encountered.
