We had a few misunderstandings with the reception staff, since no one spoke English properly and we couldn’t speak Chinese, still they mixed up a few things. They made processes, such as a later check in than expected and paying, more difficult than they should have been. However, the room was nice and clean, looked like in the pictures. The food from the room service was already cold, apart from that alright. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was worth the price, as it was really good as well.

This is Sanshu Queshan Lake Arcadia Hotel. It has a quiet environment and a large swimming pool. It is a good place to take your children to play in the water. The service is still very good. The room facilities are a little old and the environment is slightly humid, but it is hygienic. The conditions are quite stable. Bath towels, bathrobes, slippers and other items are all sterilized. The barbecue downstairs is a bit expensive, but the taste is okay. The fresh beer and willow skewers are good, the bullfrog is a bit salty, and the duck blood vermicelli is just so-so. .

I was very tired after driving all day. When I checked in with my luggage, the front desk staff Qiqi was very enthusiastic. He helped me with my luggage and explained the check-in process in detail. He also gave me a small gift. The nail clippers were very practical. Yingying also helped me take my luggage to the elevator. I felt that this service was very considerate. I really didn’t expect that when I got to the room, the front desk staff called me back to inquire about the room location and other issues. The toiletries in the room sounded nice and smelled good. It’s my first time in Xingtai, and I had a great stay. The room is spacious and bright, and the environment is clean and comfortable. The new mattress is good and comfortable to sleep on. The location is good, next to the snack street and Kaiyuan Temple. Easy parking. The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very considerate. There was also a small piece of fruit when checking in. The breakfast buffet was delicious and suited my taste. This hotel is still highly recommended in Xingtai.

Nice hotel...Very nice location, just in between the railway station and Tienyi mall, which is at 5 minutes walking distance. Their breakfast is not served in the hotel but outside on a public square and it is way below the average. It looks more like lunch, it is too greasy and unhealthy. They should exclude this unealthy breakfast from their price, i.e. decrease the price for 15 rmb, and make it optional. Whoever wants can pay these 15rmb and eat that garbage.

I live in this hotel every time I travel to Xingtai. In the main road of transportation. The traffic is very convenient. Parking is free and the parking lot is very large.
