We had a few misunderstandings with the reception staff, since no one spoke English properly and we couldn’t speak Chinese, still they mixed up a few things. They made processes, such as a later check in than expected and paying, more difficult than they should have been. However, the room was nice and clean, looked like in the pictures. The food from the room service was already cold, apart from that alright. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was worth the price, as it was really good as well.

Xiaohan at the front desk had a great service attitude and was very attentive. The housekeepers were also very considerate in cleaning the rooms. I especially liked the hotel lobby, which left us a quiet and comfortable space for business trips. The only drawback was that the bathroom area on the first floor was too simple and not warm enough. Not only was there often no toilet paper, but the details and grade were not worthy of the Hampton brand.

Great location. Has a big shopping mall that is 10 minutes walking distance where you can get various foods and has a grocery store. Staff are nice and professional. Room is spacious and clean! Has a nice laundry room! The only problem I encountered was the gym. It was listed as 24/7, but they actually turn lights and air conditioner off after 11pm. However, they did open the service for me upon request at 3am, but I was told they stop service at night to avoid affecting other’s sleep.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are large, the facilities are clean, and the breakfast is quite rich. Parking is convenient. The best thing is that the location is very good. There are places to eat around. You can park your car and walk 200 meters away. There are food stalls and specialty restaurants. If two people live together, it is best to get two room cards, because without a room card you can only go downstairs but not upstairs. This is something to be aware of.

He also gave me a small gift. The nail clippers were very practical. Yingying also helped me take my luggage to the elevator. I felt that this service was very considerate. I really didn’t expect that when I got to the room, the front desk staff called me back to inquire about the room location and other issues. The toiletries in the room sounded nice and smelled good. The bedding was also very clean and comfortable. I really like their mattress, which is moderately soft and hard. The breakfast is one of the best in Xingtai hotels, with a lot of variety. The auntie in the restaurant is also very enthusiastic and recommends dishes. Next time I come to Xingtai, I will stay at this hotel again.

Hotel location is good, very prosperous, about 1 km from Beiguo Mall. The hotel room is large and the sun is full. The hotel bathroom is full of flushing with a shower, and it hurts on the body. If you want to take a hot bath, you have to open cold water 15 minutes in advance, and wait for it to heat up before going in. The big bed room in this hotel is a one-person stay by default, and 1 bath towel is provided. If you need it again, you have to call, but the toiletries, slippers, and pillows are all double configurations.

This time I stayed at the Ruijue Hotel in Xingtai! The hotel is in a good location and convenient transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, comfortable bedding and sleep soundly. I especially like the decoration style of the hotel, simple and atmospheric without losing warmth. The staff service attitude is very good, very thoughtful, especially the front desk Zhao Zengyuan, warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are very efficient. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great! The price is super high, I will definitely choose here next time I come to Xingtai! Highly recommend to everyone.

The hotel lobby was magnificent. When I walked into the lobby, the hotel staff on both sides lined up to welcome me and guided me to check in at the front desk. There is a gym and self-service washing machine on the second floor of the hotel. When I entered the reserved room, I felt the nobility of the business hotel. The nearly 50-square-meter opening showed the taste of the hotel. The induction night light under the bedside table, the fruit plate, and the ordering menu were very warm. Free breakfast is another major feature of the store, and the Chinese and Western dishes are rich and varied. Such a cost-effective hotel is carefully built by a blue ocean group in Shandong. The software and hardware design is top-notch. As a middle-aged and elderly self-driving traveler, this place is about four kilometers away from Beijing. It is an excellent destination for rest on the way. It is specially recommended to middle-aged and elderly self-driving friends as a reference for the road book. I believe that friends will sigh that it is worthwhile after experiencing it in person!
