The quality control of the room was poor. When I first checked in, the bathroom door could not be opened from the inside. The engineer came to deal with it and told him that there was a problem with the slide rails and that it could not be solved in a short time. The door could not be fully closed or it would not open. It was really embarrassing for a family of three boys in their teens. I contacted the front desk to change rooms and got a room next door. Secondly, the room sizes are different, and the air conditioner is very loud. As a stopover during the trip, the focus is on sleep quality. The engineer came to deal with it again, but also to no avail. He asked the manager on duty to come over and communicate with him, but he still didn't come. It was really hard to hesitate, so I decided to go back to the room where the bathroom door was broken.
1. There is nothing wrong with maximizing hotel revenue, but at least quality assurance is required. The bathroom door is broken, and the wallpaper on the room walls is damaged due to water leakage. It is really difficult to support the Ctrip score of 4.9.

GGesangyongcuoThis was my first time staying in such a clean B&B, and I was completely shocked! It was really carefully checked inside and out. To describe it as spotless is not an exaggeration at all. Before I left, I saw the boss aunt cleaning other rooms in person, the kind of serious cleaning instead of asking local maids to clean, and I felt a little admired. If it were me, I couldn't do it. AAylasoulThis was my second night at this hotel. Lovely stay. Please read my initial review for proper feedback of the property. Great communication from the owner. Having booked the second night separately the code was changed and I was not informed, so I couldn’t get back inside smoothly, but on contacting the owner, I received an immediate response with a new code which is great. Being an international traveller, a few days ago I did not have a mobile number here which means this could have been a concern for me as I would have been unable to contact the owner on the go and did not know the code would be changed to ask in advance. I’m sure the owner upon reading this will consider this and improve it for future guests that book last minute like me :) All great and I would stay again :)

GGuest UserThe service was excellent, as the front desk kindly stored my backpack for me overnight, and allowed me to cancel my booking for one night due to unforeseen travel difficulties. The room itself was OK, though the bathroom facilities were mediocre at best and some of the lights in the room were flashing on and off. Overall not a bad place to stay but a bit pricey for the quality.
