The location is easy to find, right in the city center, and convenient for visiting other attractions. The room was clean and tidy, which was fantastic for me.

Came here for a weekend getaway with my family, hoping to see the seagulls at Qionghai Lake. I randomly picked this hotel online because it seemed very close to all the attractions. I called ahead to let the front desk know my arrival time, and they even added me on WeChat to send me recommendations for local tours and food – that was really great, haha, very thoughtful! The service was excellent. When we checked in, the room was surprisingly spacious and well-lit, and the cleanliness was top-notch, super satisfied. The winter scenery in Xichang is also stunning, and sunbathing during the day was incredibly comfortable. If I ever get the chance to visit Xichang again, I'll definitely choose this hotel, hahaha.

Every time I go back to Xichang, I will bring my children to stay here. It is very convenient to eat and play. Tangyuan Commercial Street is downstairs. The room is very satisfactory. The location is very good. The view is very good. The hotel is very cost-effective for off-peak travel. The breakfast that my mother took the children to eat was average, but when we arrived in Xichang, any rice noodles were delicious. As a Liangshan native, I always try the Mianning BBQ restaurant downstairs on the left side of the hotel.

The family room design was especially thoughtful, with cartoon soft furnishings, a kids' tent, and non-slip mats – everything a child could need. The space was open and not cramped, and our little one had a blast. The staff were gentle and patient, even giving our child a small toy. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including special kids' meals. From the environment and location to the cleanliness and family-friendly amenities, everything was impeccable. It's ideal for a short family getaway, highly recommended!

The location is very good, just opposite Wanda, backed by the Bohai Wetland, it is very convenient for shopping or tourism around, renting a car to visit the Bohai Sea is also very convenient, it is highly recommended to help bicycles downstairs. The room is small, but very clean, the tea in the lobby is very good, hahaha, the breakfast is very rich, pasta, snacks, porridge. The overall stay feels very good, I highly recommend friends who travel in Xichang to live.

My grandson declared before his school even broke up that he wanted to go on a trip with his grandparents during the summer holiday. To fulfill his request, we thought long and hard and decided on a relaxing few days in Xichang, which boasts the lakeside Qionghai and Lushan Mountain, a pleasant climate that's warm in winter and cool in summer, and even a Space City experience that kids love… I compared two hotels on Trip.com that were closest to Qionghai Lake (Qionghai Hotel and Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel), both old five-star establishments. After careful consideration, I booked a main building lake-view twin room at Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel for four nights and five days (July 3rd to 7th). After school finished, my grandson, my wife, and I traveled from Chengdu East to Xichang West by high-speed train, a 3.5-hour journey. We picked up the rental car my son booked on Trip.com and drove to Qionghai Bay Park Hyatt Hotel by Qionghai Lake, beginning our 5-day trip to Xichang… We stayed at the Park Hyatt for 5 days and 4 nights and also visited Qionghai Hotel. Firstly, I much preferred the ambiance of the Park Hyatt Hotel. Although Qionghai Hotel has a larger area and lovely greenery, and even peacocks roaming the grounds, its location closer to the city center makes it a bit more bustling compared to the tranquil atmosphere of the Park Hyatt. The water quality of Qionghai Lake in general is also inferior to the section by the Park Hyatt. The coastline here is more pristine and natural, with lush trees swaying in the breeze. Strolling through the woods and along the sandy beach, playing in the shallow water, taking a nap, jogging or cycling on the path, and swimming in the pool – it’s all much more enjoyable! Secondly, while Qionghai Hotel's architecture is indeed stylish and grand, I personally prefer the Southeast Asian style of the Park Hyatt Hotel, which is tucked away in the woods by Qionghai Bay, intermittently revealing a seaside vibe around the lake… No more rambling, let's get to the practical points: First, although the hotel has been open for over a decade, the architecture and facilities are well-maintained. The room facilities don't look old at all, and the Southeast Asian-style ceiling fan is convenient and comfortable to use. Second, the service attitude and cleanliness are thorough and responsible. Third, the breakfast is rich, healthy, and hygienic. Fourth, the pool water is clean. Overall, staying at the Park Hyatt Hotel with my grandson for 5 days and 4 nights was a good experience, and I discussed the few minor issues with the front desk.

The hotel is located in the city center and is convenient for travel. There is a Walmart opposite the hotel and Times Square next to it, making shopping convenient. The service attitude of the girls at the front desk is very good, especially Xiao Wu. I will continue to choose Smart Selection next time I visit Xichang. Xichang Li Xiaochang is not bad, but there are too many people.

Hotel location is very good to find, take a taxi to the Bohai Bay Long Island Gate 1, after entering, you can see 2 buildings to the end to check in, if you take the bus, bus, after the station, walk about 8 minutes, here is very close to Wanda Plaza, walk a few minutes to reach, The street opposite the hotel is all for barbecue. If you want to experience Xichang barbecue, you can try it. The hotel is very convenient to go anywhere. Jianchang Ancient City, Bohai Wetland Park, Jintai Fruit Wholesale Market takes a taxi for about 10 minutes. There are also battery cars at the front desk and the gate of the community.
