Hotels in Zengcuo'an Area, Xiamen

The hotel is situated right next to Zengcuo'an and is also very close to Music Plaza. However, getting in and out of the hotel is quite inconvenient. You have to take a long detour because there's a large, empty parking lot directly in front, but no direct pedestrian access. This makes walking to and from the hotel extremely inconvenient. As a newly opened hotel, its overall hardware facilities are quite subpar compared to other properties launched around the same time. It might even fall short of budget-friendly chains like Atour or Holiday Inn Express. For instance, the toilets aren't smart, and the TVs don't offer screen casting, which is a major drawback for younger guests. I'm really unclear about the hotel's target audience or positioning. Getting back to the room package, despite the front desk claiming we received an upgrade, our room on the second floor was still a less desirable one, completely lacking any sea view and located in a separate building. The elevator situation was also inconvenient; you had to switch elevators just to reach the pool. Furthermore, the staircase leading to the pool was quite convoluted, although the view from the top was admittedly nice. Overall, the hotel's internal layout and guest flow design are genuinely unreasonable. In conclusion, unless you have a strong specific need for the Zengcuo'an location, I would recommend looking into other hotels. Overall, this hotel simply doesn't meet Hyatt standards, not by a long shot, considering all its aspects. At this price point, you'd be much better off choosing a hotel near Huangcuo Beach.

Absolutely amazing stay. I stayed for 5 nights, service & hospitality was impeccable. Room was clean, spacious & well equipped. Even had a stone bathtub to relax. Fresh towels daily, toiletries & clean bedding every other night. Located in the most ideal spot - dozens of restaurants, street markets, beach, hiking trail & a Buddhist temple all within walking range. There’s a beautiful beach and park across the road (Music Square) Bike hire available & easy access to transportation if needed. I would highly recommend this stay to foreigners who are solo travelers or friends / couples - safe secure & everything you could possibly need.

This stay was such a pleasant surprise! It's my first time in Xiamen, and I noticed this area seems to be predominantly guesthouses/B&Bs. The host was incredibly friendly, and his service was excellent! He even gave us a complimentary room upgrade – huge thumbs up! The views are also beautiful. The beach is right across the street, so incredibly close! I highly recommend this place.

Except for the location is not easy for taxi to come in (we have to walk around 100m to the big road and it is not convenient for rainy day). Everything was fantastic, the lady owner has great support to us, even in rainy days, she helps us to bring the umbrella to the taxi point. Room are new, nice, spacious. It is also near the tourist attraction. I reccomend you to come and stay here for your vacation.

My stay at this hotel far exceeded my expectations! Firstly, the location is excellent, right at the entrance to the Zengcuo'an scenic area and within the Baojia CC Park commercial district. The surroundings were lovely and created a very comfortable atmosphere. As for the room, it was incredibly spacious and bright, exactly as advertised in the photos. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding quality was superb, ensuring a truly comfortable and restful night's sleep. Even the toiletries provided (toothbrush, shower gel, etc.) were high-quality and felt luxurious, a refreshing change from the cheap options often found in other chain hotels. The room also featured a Xiaodu smart voice control system, which was incredibly convenient and efficient. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. They not only helped us with our luggage but also patiently recommended numerous local eateries and attractions without any hint of impatience. Any requests we had during our stay were addressed promptly and efficiently. They truly went above and beyond, making us feel incredibly valued and well-cared for. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

The environment is very good and the facilities are quite complete. There is also a small garden downstairs. The room decoration style is very new. The front desk service attitude is very enthusiastic, which is really a plus. They also provided me with nearby guides, and it is very convenient to take a taxi to go out and play! The key point is that the hotel will turn on the air conditioner for you in advance🥹🥹🥹🥹It is still very quiet to sleep! Very good experience! Awesome!

The location is superb, offering incredibly convenient access to the beach. The rooms are also very spacious, making them ideal for couples or friends traveling together. The courtyard features an ocean-view infinity pool that's absolutely Instagrammable. In the evenings, you can relax in the courtyard with a drink, enjoying the breeze and the view of the Twin Towers.

The hotel environment is very good, the service is considerate and thoughtful, especially the front desk, special praise for the girl Xinyang, the location is convenient, very close to the beach, there are many popular check-in spots nearby, the stay is comfortable and safe, super satisfied! Super recommended

This B&B is likely newly opened, as the facilities are brand new, including a projector, smart toilet, and air conditioning. The room is spacious and bright, with clean bedding and toiletries. It's very close to the Zengcuo'an neighborhood, where you'll find a variety of delicious restaurants. It's a quiet and peaceful place amidst the hustle and bustle. It's also near the Zengcuo'an bus stop, making transportation quite convenient. Bus No. 29 goes to many attractions and connects to the subway station. The owner is also very kind. Because of a flight, I wanted to leave later, and he agreed to postpone the move-in period without hesitation. Overall, it's a great choice and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xiamen.

The front desk lady was warm and welcoming. She upgraded us to a large suite for free and was invited to recommend delicious food in the surrounding area. The ones we tried were all good. Each room has an open-air balcony, where you can drink tea with friends in the evening, which is very comfortable.
