We recently stayed at the Sheraton Xiamen Hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was warmly welcomed with smiles and helpful service.

Highly recommend NOA Hotel Xiamen! It offers excellent value for money ✨. The concrete industrial design is incredibly stylish, and the lobby cleverly transforms from a coffee shop during the day into a bar at night. The front desk is uniquely hidden among the surrounding small shops, which adds a fun touch. Rooms are minimalist yet stylish, equipped with full smart facilities that are easy to operate. There's a good variety of dining options, and the breakfast is both plentiful and delicious. The staff are warm, professional, and always incredibly accommodating.

The front desk service was excellent. As a non-smoking international guest, I received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. The restaurant had a unique charm, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Overall, a truly fantastic experience! 👍🏻

Convenient location with a nice fitness center. The noodle soup made for your breakfast was the best of the best! I had to drink all fruit juices after a nice running in the gym. The paintings on the wall gave me the feel of an art museum.

I totally forgot to take pictures of my room—haha! But here’s a glimpse of how clean and beautifully decorated the hotel’s interior is. The room itself is spotless, cozy, and has a great vibe! Location-wise, it's very strategic and convenient. The hotel is well-connected to different modes of transportation, with the subway being the most efficient. The nearest station (Jiangtou Station, Line 2) is just 300 meters away, while Xiamen Railway Station is roughly 7km from the hotel. For shopping lovers, SM City Plaza Xiamen—a massive shopping mall complex—is only 2km away or just two subway stops from here. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth recommending!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by excellent amenities. There are plenty of local eateries and shopping malls nearby, and its proximity to both bus and subway stations makes getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel environment itself is also quite pleasant. I highly recommend trying Sili Satay Noodles and Azhong Eatery right next door; their food is delicious. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay.

This stay was truly a pleasant surprise! The front desk clerk was incredibly welcoming from the moment we checked in. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities (such as the free shuttle and gym hours) and even recommended nearby restaurants based on our itinerary. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable (the pillows and mattress were the perfect firmness, and I slept through the night without any back pain). The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water came quickly and was a consistent temperature. Opening the curtains in the morning, the sunlight streamed in, instantly brightening my mood! The breakfast was plentiful, with Chinese options like freshly made dumplings and congee, as well as Western options like sandwiches and yogurt, and the fruit was fresh. The staff proactively cleared our plates, a truly thoughtful touch! The gym is open 24 hours a day, and the equipment is brand new. Breakfast is buffet style, with everything from freshly made food to the coffee machine. The freshly ground lattes were rich and delicious, and a fantastic energy boost!

Newly opened hotel, everything is new, the room has a light fragrance, and most importantly, it is clean, because I have a bit of a cleanliness freak. In a word, it is very good, recommended, and the price is great value! !

My experience with Atour Hotels is consistently excellent, and this particular stay was fantastic. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the complimentary late-night congee delivery was also a very thoughtful touch. Overall, Atour is always my top choice when I need a hotel.

Location is great, food is all around. Apart from occasional cigarette smell there's this bang and noise along the corridor by drunk guest. Luckily this only happens 2 times throughout my 9 nights there. Overall still a decent good place to stay in.
