When I checked in, I was unexpectedly informed by the front desk that I was upgraded to an executive suite because the room was available, and there was no extra charge. I was very surprised! The room was spacious and bright, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and the sleep quality was directly improved; it was also equipped with a seasonal fruit plate, and the details were perfect! I will definitely come again next time I go on a business trip.

Fantastic Hotel, I can whole heartedly recommend this hotel to any business travellers. The rooms are well proportioned and maintained. Staff extremely helpful and in spite of language challenges from our side the staff persevered with translation apps to resolve every query. Will definitely be staying there again.

From arrival, the hotel impressed me with its beautiful surroundings, lush greenery, and excellent facilities. Guest Service Manager Veronica was exceptionally welcoming—she showed us the stunning 70,000 sqm garden and even provided food to feed the swans, peacocks, and other wildlife, making our stay truly special.   The staff were consistently friendly—front desk and concierge always greeted us with warm smiles, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere.   The combination of breathtaking scenery, modern amenities, and outstanding service made this a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

After a long flight from Greece we arrived late at night in this beautiful hotel in Xiamen. The staff at the lobby was very helpful and informative and welcomed us with a kind smile. Our room was in the sixth floor, very clean and new. The building had two fast elevators. In every corner there was a vending machine that fulfilled every need. There was a robot for delivery in the rooms. The cleaning ladies kept our room refreshed and tidy everyday, clean towels and amenities. The shower water was always in the perfect temperature. The breakfast was serving extremely good quality and variety of food and there was free laundry service and gym at the facility. I need to point out the hospitality and kindness of the staff, which made our stay at the hotel feel like home. The neighborhood around the hotel is exactly what a traveller wishes for. There is a traditional market, very picturesque and beautiful, 24h shops, convenient stores, cafès, pharmacies, bars and all kinds of stores but at the same time the environment is tranquil and relaxed for the perfect holidays.The surrounding greenery and trees make everything so beautiful. I cannot express how satisfied we were for picking Xence Hotel for our stay in Xiamen. I really hope we come here again in the future.

Room Facilities: As soon as you enter the room, you will be amazed by its spaciousness and comfort. The room is warm and elegantly decorated, and the lighting design is just right. The bed is soft and comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. The room is also equipped with modern facilities such as high-speed wireless network and large-screen TV, meeting my various needs. Service Quality: The hotel's service is first-class. From the warm reception at check-in to the thoughtful service during my stay, I felt the warmth of home. The front desk staff was professional and efficient and promptly addressed any issues I had. Room service was also very prompt and the room was always kept clean and tidy. The hotel's restaurant offers a rich variety of delicious food and friendly service staff. Value for money: Considering the hotel's location, facilities and services, I think it has a very high value for money. The price is reasonable, but you can enjoy such a high-quality accommodation experience, which is really worth the money. Suggestions and improvements: It would be perfect if some environmental protection facilities could be added to the room, such as recyclable trash cans. Summary: I am very satisfied with my stay in this hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and look forward to staying here again next time.

The hotel is very close to the airport. When I entered the hotel, the smell of tea was really comfortable. The front desk lady was also very considerate, tall and beautiful. She also gave me a breakfast, which was very nice. The service was very good. What's more important is that I also saw many flight attendants. There are many types of breakfast. It's really good. I will come again next time! I also like the layout of the room, which is ancient and quaint, and it is worthy of the Minnan culture.

Lovely hotel Le Meridien Xiamen is set in a serene forest environment, perfect for a quiet retreat. The ground floor rooms are ideal for easy accessibility. Our room w/3 guest beds, a balcony facing and provide a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. We particularly enjoy daily delicious buffet breakfast and dinner, with a variety of options to cater to all taste buds. Centrally located for visits to Gulangyu Island (leave before 5 PM to avoid peak rush) and Riyuegu Hotsprings (all-day retreat till 10 PM). Taxis are affordable but ensure they run on the meter. Cash payment is accepted, but drivers may not have change as most use contactless payments like Alipay, which can auto-translate to English and other languages. The hotel's tranquil environment and delectable dining options make it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway for a mother + 2 daughters…

Except for the lack of a refrigerator, I am very satisfied! The service is very thoughtful and the breakfast is also good 👍The ingredients are fresh and the snacks are very soft, which is not achieved by many hotel breakfasts. Everyone smiles and says hello when they see them. The security guards are also very enthusiastic and will come over to help guide you when driving out and remind you to pay attention to safety. The biggest feature of the hotel is the smart equipment in the room, which allows you to control the air conditioning and lights without getting up. It is very comfortable to stay. The bathroom and toilet are separated 👍, there is plenty of hot water, and the water pressure is also stable. There is a self-service laundry room on the first floor. I would like to make a suggestion, whether it is possible to install screens. This time, on the first day of arrival, I looked at the window for ventilation, and mosquitoes came in. I fought with it for 500 rounds at night and finally won ✌️ I will choose this one next time 👍
